Lovely apartment in a great location!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely clean & well decorated apartment. Great location.
The bed was a bit too firm for me and it would have been useful to have a mirror in the bedroom (other than the decorative one placed high up) as only one mirror which was in the bathroom.
Definitely recommend!

Really great service; the baggage lockers were full, but they fixed it without a problem! We asked for an extra blanket late at night and got a very fast answer from them too. Fantastic location, central but on a quiet street, so you do not get bothered during the night.

Nightmare stay with no help whatsoever!

Beware! Dont stay here the beds feel like your sleeping in the floor. The pillows are also super hard, the internet in the tv does not work. The number they give you for help is the cleaning lady of this place and all she says is she has no authority to do anything. All they care is about the euros/money than the experience and the wellness of the customer. We ended up leaving to another place and they are not willing to give us any type of refund. Save yourself the headaches don’t stay HERE!!!!!

Good location. Washer but no dryer. Fee if any toiletries provided and no laundry detergent. Host dismissive on this point.

Communication was difficult because I didn’t have WiFi. Angel, the manager, lived up to his name and came over to let me in. The apartment was beautiful, location was great. Loved our stay!!
