The check in process I thought was cool. Everything is online and that’s how you take care of doors opening as well. The room was small but looked exactly like the pictures! Perfect for a short stay when visiting the city

Scam

Horrified, terrible experience, the worst service ever experienced. We arrived at 3 PM and managed to get a room assigned and door access codes at 7 PM thanks to a guest who offered to help us with the paperwork for 2 hours since there was no one to turn to for assistance. Powerlessness, negligence, and an absolute lack of responsibility on the part of the company. Desperation, no staff available to resolve issues, only AI and excuses. Many people affected, continuously people at the door with the same problem; we have been told that they have broken the door several times. DO NOT GO, IT IS A NIGHTMARE

Only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre, good location, easy to access and handy that I had to use my phone to open the doors etc rather than carrying a key card around, the room was spotless and got an email before check- in of photo’s of the room. For the price I can’t fault the place, however if you are a very light sleeper I wouldn’t reccomend just because you could hear people in the hallways. Overall great place, very comfortable and in a good location

Please be aware of charges after departure from the hotel.

Careful, when you sign the payment form after departure from the hotel, they charge you for everything. A simple stain on the sheet the size of a 2 cent coin, has caused the charge of 15 euros.

It was a good and cheap place to stay in Malaga. I like it but we encountered a small issue and we had to reach out to them via messages and it took sometime to resolve the issue. But yes they helped. Thanks to them
