The stay was lovely. Great location. Lovely complimentary coffee bar and sweets. It was difficult to sleep some nights as there were many loud people on the streets until 4 in the morning. We were told that our room would be cleaned on the 3rd day but it wasn’t.

Apartment was superb, well laid out, extremely clean, spacious, really comfortable bed, powerful shower. Friendly and efficient check in, really nice touch having coffee/coke etc in reception area for guest. Only down side was our room faced the street which meant noise through the night

We had a truly delightful stay. The kitchen was impeccably equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable vacation, even though we chose not to cook. The location is exceptional, surrounded by charming shops and an excellent selection of restaurants.
A very special mention goes to Nuria at reception, whose warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed from the very first moment. Her thoughtful gesture of remembering my name and greeting me personally each morning added a lovely, personal touch.
I would also like to recognize Lola, who takes great pride in maintaining the property in impeccable condition.
I highly recommend this property and would be delighted to return.

Improve your service

I find myself in the Merced house with my two children and my wife; every day is a new, but negative experience.
Day 1: Nobody gets you. Room for four with 1 small bed and a bad sofa.(I did not sleep).
Day 2: The air conditioning does not work; the answer was that it is the same temperature for all rooms and as long as someone is cold they put heating for everyone. (I did not sleep).
Day 3: They were waiting for me at the reception to scold me because my two children were bothering. All the kids play laugh. To avoid that they have to go to an adult hotel. It's like a prison cent.
