Fantastic experience

Amazing capsules; very spacious for one person as well. You get your own locker to keep your belongings in when you’re in the pod, which uses a key card so you are secure.
Amazing staff, helped me with my charger issues. It doesn’t have a plug socket so make sure you bring the cable! Great location, staff and capsule; will definitely be returning! ☺️

Take care of the hostel board. Not accessible

Abusive behavior, by the hostel management. They never answer the phone, we had to hide the call.
He was in a wheelchair. In booking ensure accessibility. we went to stay and found that there was no access to the hotel. My partner filed a claim sheet, since I couldn't access it. The girl who attended, blushing apologized and assured that the amount would be refunded.
The hotel manager contacted us and denied us a refund ensuring that there was access from one side.
When we proved that we were there, that the girl who attended us told us that there was no way to access the hotel, only by stairs, changed her position saying that they would refund the amount, but they NEVER did.
We had to call booking, which when reading the hotel messages, refunded the amount, and did not explain the abuse of the hotel policy.
Let's hope this works for someone. Beware of abusive behaviors of hostels like this

Back to the future

This is the worst experience ever, let me explain.
The noise is wild for starters.
THe first capsule we were shown was already in use the guy opened it and left it open why I do not know, little respect for whom was staying there.
So sex I believe going on not far away, people above struggling to come to terms with what it’s all about toilet going all the time.

Pleasurable stay

Lovely comfortable room x very clean all the necessities bed was perfect. Good air con clean helpful staff close to the airport. Reliable taxi service which is a bonus in Spain especially when you have an early flight. Nice and modern looking
