Location strategica, buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Appartamento al quarto piano di un palazzo elegante in una via commerciale, a due passi dalla modernissima e sorprendente stazione dei treni (da lì puoi raggiungere, oltre all’aeroporto, anche Barcellona e Madrid). La stazione è praticamente un centro commerciale, con molti ristoranti e negozi. Appartamento essenziale, con camera da letto piccola e sala con divano letto e tv satellitare (si prende la Rai). Cucina ben fornita con piastra a induzione e anche lavatrice. Il neo è la carenza di parcheggi gratuiti, ho dovuto optare per il vicino sotterraneo che però costa 30 euro al giorno.

¡Usa las instalaciones en enero de 2020! La ubicación es genial! Sin embargo, el host falla debido a la puntualidad y, principalmente, a la higiene. Alquilé dos apartamentos! ¡El anfitrión pidió comunicar la hora de llegada! ¡Nos pusimos en contacto por correo electrónico y por teléfono! ¡Llegó más de una hora tarde! ¡La higiene en uno de los apartamentos era horrible! ¡Había muchas cucarachas vivas que nos impedían dejar comida en él, lo que dificultaba el uso de vasos, platos y cubiertos!
Use the facilities in January 2020! The location is great! However, the host fails due to punctuality and, mainly, hygiene! I rented two apartments! The host asked to communicate the arrival time! We made contact by email and by phone! He arrived more than an hour late! The hygiene in one of the apartments was horrible! There were many live cockroaches, preventing us from leaving food in it, making it difficult to use glasses, plates and cutlery!

Salitre II, apartamento cerca de la estacion
Estuvimos alojados aqui en febrero de 2020.
El apartamento cuenta con una habitacion con una cama de matrimonio, otra habitacion con 2 camas individuales, un comedor con sofa-cama, mesa, 4 sillas y TV , una cocina con lavadora y el baño con ducha.
El apartamento le falta algo de mantenimiento y una limpieza mas seria.
Buena relacion calidad-precio.
Se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de la estacion del AVE
El apartamento cuenta con una habitacion con una cama de matrimonio, otra habitacion con 2 camas individuales, un comedor con sofa-cama, mesa, 4 sillas y TV , una cocina con lavadora y el baño con ducha.
El apartamento le falta algo de mantenimiento y una limpieza mas seria.

Muy buena ubicación
La hora de entrada era a las 14,00 horas, estuvimos esperando media hora para la entrega de llaves y cuando entramos, el apartamento todavía no estaba limpio por lo que tuvimos que irnos para que pudieran limpiarlo y prepararlo para nosotros.
El apartamento esta bien situado y es cómodo, pero no tiene nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio
