Improvable

We have been this Easter, the inn is not bad but it has some things to improve, the room is average, the bathroom is rather small, the shower was not for big people, it was difficult for me to move in it and I am not very big. The towels need a change now.
The breakfast is good, I didn't miss anything because I like toast and coffee, nothing more.
It doesn't have an elevator, that's something to keep in mind. My room was on the second floor.
I hope they catch up because the house is beautiful and very well located if you want to see the towns of the Sierra Norte de Madrid.

Buen menú del día y un servicio excelente.

No conocemos su posada, comimos su menú del día en el restaurante, el cual era rico y de buena cocina casera.
El potaje estaba riquísimo.
Lo mejor, la persona que nos atendió, Maria, muy profesional, agradable y atenta. Volveremos.

Pésimo y lamentable

Hotel “rural” en estado lamentable. Las habitaciones son grandes pero nada más. El baño minúsculo y sucio. La terraza más sucia y maloliente que te puedas encontrar, moscas, sillas viejas amontonadas ... La cerradura de la hab. No funcionaba y tampoco hicieron nada por arreglarlo. No nos cambiaron de habitación a pesar de tener algunas libres.
Pero lo peor de todo es el trato que hace que el hotel se convierta en pesadilla.
No te atienden en la barra hasta que ELLOS quieren, voces entre el personal y si te acercas a pedir un café para desayunar a la hora que te indican te dicen: Cuando yo pueda se lo serviré ... y no salen de la cocina.
En fin, nada recomendable ni para pasar por delante. Ni os acerquéis a este lugar.

Sucio y atención muy deficiente

Habitaciones grandes y bonitas, esa es la parte buena. El resto horrible: ducha minúscula y limpieza muy muy deficiente en todas partes: habitaciones, bar y la terraza prácticamente impracticable. Pero lo peor de todo es la pésima atención en todo momento, camareras muy bordes y maleducadas con contestaciones y comentarios fuera de lugar. Por la mañana nos fuimos sin desayunar porque nos cansamos de esperar que nos atendiesen y éramos solo dos mesas.... din duda no volveremos, no lo recomiendo para nada, espero que os ayude mi opinion. sitio perdido de la mano de dios, cuando vimos la habitacion ni nos quedamos mucha suciedad por todos lados,olor insoportable a fritanga en todo el alojamiento el homo del bar impregnado por todos lados vamos una auténtica mierda.
