Well i have been to Marbella over 20 times and this is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed
Everything was brand new and top quality and the 2 cleaners were very attentive with anything we needed

Highly Disappointing - Not as Advertised

Our stay was highly disappointing due to major differences between the listing and the actual reality of the property, amounting to booking under false pretences.
I will start off by saying that the property was in a good location. It was about a 10-15min walk from Old Town and set just off the main promenade along the beach, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was a good size with potential to be a very nice little room. Unfortunately, as I'll explain next, that is where the positives ended.
​The Pool: We selected this property specifically because the listing advertised the pool opening on 1 June. However, it was completely closed and locked for maintenance during our entire stay. When I queried this with the Host, they told me that it is fully advertised as being closed until 21 June and it was, essentially, my fault for not checking. However, their own listing (we booked via booking.com), stated open from 1 June. We queried with agents at booking.com who agreed that there was no information available that suggested the pool would be closed.
​Disruptions: Related to the above, the property was unlivable during the day due to loud, unadvertised construction work happening directly on outside our balcony. The Host implied this was normal and to be expected as the pool was closed (except it should have been open). Works began at 8am with loud banging and drilling, and continued until about 5pm. We couldn't even open our curtains due to the presence of workmen, neverind open our doors and enjoy fresh air and sunlight. At night, sleep was disrupted due to loud anti-social shouting and music from the apartment next door (managed by the same Host). Despite several messages to try and resolve, the behaviour continued every night of our stay.
​Pest Control: There was an active drain fly infestation inside the apartment making the time in the room more uncomfortable.
​Host Management: The host completely failed to provide the support advertised. Their welcome pack states that live assistance is available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, yet multiple urgent messages regarding these issues were entirely ignored while we were on-site. The host only broke their silence exactly two hours after we checked out to offer an apology, claiming they had not seen our messages.
​Because the apartment was unusable during the day and lacked basic host support, we were forced to leave the property daily just to find a comfortable, relaxing space, all at additional, unplanned cost.
Both I, and booking.com reached out to the Host on several occasions to attempt to resolve the issues, but they have continued to ignore all attempts. They falsely advertise their facilities and I am going through the appropriate channels to seek a refund. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I do NOT recommend this place!! Our booking was not honored due to an overbooking. We didn’t get any info about it until the same day of check-in. We were at the airport when we got the news, about to board the plane to the destination - stressful news to receive prior to boarding the plane. Communication with the property was bad. They did not answer any questions or requests we wrote to them via the hotels.com app nor on WhatsApp number that was provided. They charged me € 3.30 to test the validity of my credit card in time for the deposit of €200 prior to check-in, but since we didn’t get to stay there, they didn’t reserve the €200 on my credit card. They did however NOT refund the €3.30 that was charged. We didn’t get to stay at this property, why should I be charged for anything?? I do NOT recommend this place!!

Large apartment located in a kind of basement. Nicely decorated and very clean, however almost no daylight. We had 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with a door and the other bedroom 2 single beds without window in the room. The balcony is sad, very small and screened by bars that cannot open overlooking a pool we were not allowed in. You're in a prison, as it were, very special. The location is perfect a few minutes from the beach. All entrance doors by code, contact with landlord is not personal via whats-app. We wanted a later check-out which was rejected due to new guests. Later that turned out to be completely untrue. Even though we had a nice holiday but we won't be coming back here, mainly because of the light and the bars and the impersonal approach.

This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already.
There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!
