Lovely place
Very nice rooms, with attention to the environment, you should clean the rooms a little more frequently instead of every 4 days, because in summer it gets dirty more.
Pillows a bit hard but after requesting them the seconds were much better.
All the staff including the owners are very kind people who are dedicated to the customer.
Great breakfast every day different.
We had dinner at the hotel as the week of mid-August around was all full, good quality food with simple but tasty local dishes that make you discover the tradition of Mallorca.

Beautiful and remote
Incredibly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, optional rainfall shower head, air conditioning and I’d find it hard to believe there is a bad view from any room here. Considering the location is an old convent, it’s absolutely lovely for nature-filled self-reflection. Even so, this is a fantastic location for couples as well.
Breakfast and dinner are offered at an extra cost, and a dinner reservation needs to be made the morning of. Easily done, as there’s a dinner sign-up sheet in the breakfast area! Breakfast was included in my rate and dinner with a glass of wine was about 30€, and considering Palma is fairly expensive, this was a great deal, and not just because it’s a bit more difficult to get into town. Dinner is made in house and shows you how great malloraquín cuisine can be.
Everyone here was absolutely incredibly kind and accommodating. I hate that I forgot everyone’s names because they were all so helpful and warm.
I’d stay here every time I come to Mallorca.

not so super delux
We booked dinner there one night and we were also disappointed as quite pricey for what it is.
Also there is no sign for the parking so a bit hard to find when you arrive specially of it dark
The owner seemed a bit distant and not too helpful.
The highlight of this place is the breakfast and that it is very quiet

Many thanks for your time writing and sharing your experience... we are sorry that you were disappointed! I don't know where did you get the "delux" concept, maybe from some Touroperator? We don't include that word in our main description, as this is an old convent and we want to keep the authenticity and simplicity as it is, with not too much sophistication and giving priority to the close & friendly treatment and the cleaning of the house. The superior rooms are called like that because they are a bit larger than the standard ones. We are happy that we managed to solve the water issue straight away... from your room you can reach us by phone...as simple as that ;)
And sorry that dinner didn't fulfilled your expectations either, even if a fish was specially cooked for you because you didn' like the paella... we hope next time everything will run smoother ;)

A massive ‘but’
A well fitted shower room but a broken window to let in the mosquitos
Access to a kitchen but you couldn’t use it and the fridge was warm
Lovely looking pool that was too small for swimming
Good breakfast but then they charged you for coffee ( and no kettles in the room)
Cheaper than others but not good value for money

I'm wondering if you reported all these issues while staying with us, because this is the best way to solve the problems straight away. Coffee is always included in breakfast, you can take as many as you wish with no extra charge... posting lies in the net is very unrespectful, really! If you wish a kettle, just ask for it and you'll get one!
Our pool is not a swimming pool which consume thousands of litres and chemical maintenance products, it's just a pool to refresh that respects the environment and the little resources we have.
