Fantastic stay

Visited our daughter who is working in Melilla.
Hotel Ánfora is fantastic, modern, clean and working air con and very helpful English speaking staff. Amazing views from the roof top terrace bar.

Room large and clean if a bit tired but nothing to complain about. Very good value restaurant and friendly service from young guy who was very pleasant and tolerant of my broken Spanish! Good location. All the staff I came across were helpful.

Lousy, I would never repeat

My partner and I stayed, and we didn't like the hotel at all. The facilities were fine but the caretaker's treatment of her employees was abysmal, she leaves the word in their mouths, looks up and down, and maintains a disrespectful attitude on all the occasions we have witnessed... If you keep that attitude in front of us, I don't want to imagine myself in private. In addition to being the cleaners all day working, we left in the morning and at night there was still the same cleaner. The labour inspectorate should be passed around because I do not believe that labour regulations are being complied with. Of course it's a big disappointment, I wouldn't come back.
