Very comfortable stay in apartment 104 — very charming
The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, perfect for resting after a day exploring Mérida. In addition, welcome touches such as cold water in the fridge, coffee capsules, or herbal teas are greatly appreciated. They are small gestures that are appreciated.
The location couldn't be better: just a stone's throw from the Roman Theatre, the monuments, and the city center itself. The access code is very practical and the team's service was impeccable at all times.
In short, a modern, functional, and distinctive option for enjoying Mérida. We'll definitely be back... although the 104 has set the bar very high for us.

Be careful with the payment system they use.
To my surprise, the next day the card was already valid for them and they charged it!!
There are other safer and more attentive options for customers.

No obstante, lamentamos profundamente que insista en exponer una versión de los hechos que, como bien sabe, no se ajusta a la realidad y que ya fue aclarada tanto por nuestra parte como por la plataforma a través de la que realizó la reserva.
Al efectuar la reserva, usted eligió y aceptó expresamente una tarifa no reembolsable, cuyas condiciones implican el cobro inmediato y la imposibilidad de cancelación gratuita o modificación. Esta información estaba claramente indicada durante el proceso de reserva.
En un primer intento de cobro, el sistema notificó un error en la tarjeta facilitada, algo que puede deberse a múltiples causas externas. Esta incidencia fue comunicada de forma automática tanto a usted como a la plataforma. Minutos después, el sistema volvió a procesar el pago de manera automática, esta vez con éxito, quedando la reserva confirmada y vigente.
Al no recibir ninguna comunicación por su parte ni constancia de su llegada dentro del horario de check-in, procedimos a gestionar la reserva como “no show”, conforme a las condiciones previamente aceptadas.
Lamentamos que haya malinterpretado el procedimiento, pero no se realizó ningún cobro indebido ni actuación fuera de las políticas establecidas.
