Surprising in many ways.

It is a modern hotel, designed with simplicity but good taste, and with plenty of space in all its spaces. They also have many details that I love, such as bio materials (shampoo, gel, napkins, coffee...) and the use of the local in raw materials and in the denomination of some aspects. The rooms stand out for being spacious, comfortable and with very good quality of rest. We had dinner in the cafeteria. They had a very palatable and very good priced menu of the day, although we preferred the à la carte snack, and we loved it: croquettes, lobster brioche, anchovies with tomato and leek (the latter was brutal). Breakfast, included in the price, is à la carte and both the Iberian loin toast and the Iberian popsicle scramble were exquisite. It also has a charger for electric cars, which charges 7kwh. And all this for an amazing price. Clearly it won't be the last time I stay here.
