Good holiday

Very good room.kept and clean as well as spacious.
The restaurant very well within what we were put for group IMSERSO both full breakfast and enough dinner.
Attentive employees..and location for the village good

DISAPPOINTED

Hotel not according to four stars old-fashioned accommodation, broken bathrobes (past), cold in the rooms, unqualified service, they brought us hot drinks and even bad beers from a game they had received and that they already knew were bad, food not according to a four star hotel, we had a reservation for dinner for a week, at 22 h. and there they told us that at 22:30 they closed kitchen, also they put us in the cellar because the dining room was full and in the same , it was very cold. We could not massage because there is only one massage therapist and he had discharged himself; as a "good thing", protesting on the topic of hot drink and reserve, we were finally changed to dinner in the dining room where we were warm and had a detail with us.

Disappointment, two or three star quality

-Old-fashioned installations, the curtains are so old that they were old and broken.
- Air conditioning of the bad room, we went cold
-Broken Spa bathrobes
- The service of the not very professional staff, hot beers and on top of that they gave us a remittance that had gone bad. Hot green wine.
- The bath towel rail at night they turn it off, we did not dry the swimming trunks we used in the spa.
- Very basic breakfast , does not correspond to a 4 star hotel, hot there were only grilled eggs and baicon that stayed cold in the trays, they do not have even heat trays to keep it warm.
In short, it needs a modernization because neither the service nor the facilities correspond to a 4-star hotel.

Large rooms in a beautiful village

A very pleasant place to stay. It is a very quiet village that is worth getting to know. The hotel is nice although we didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities. I would like to go back again. It is a newer building made to look old and it fits in with the character of this mountain town. Food near the hotel is expensive, but if you walk down into town you can find typical bar food at a reasonable price.

Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel with a great spa. The surroundings we're stunning! The room had all that it needed and the food in the restaurant we're ok. I would really recommend this hotel to both families and couples.
