SCAM
DISGUSTING!! They charged us for the hotel, we went up to the room, and we were immediately surprised to find that in the hallway you couldn't even breathe because of the very strong smell of an air freshener they had there. Upon entering the room, everything was dark and it looked like a dungeon, completely dirty, with hairs, and there was even a cigarette burn hole in the bed; the treatment by the receptionist was poor, he couldn't give us an answer to our complaint, didn't know where the complaint forms were, and couldn't tell us when we could speak with a manager; as of today, we still have no response from anyone. A SCAM AND A DISAPPOINTING HOTEL

It was a really bad experience.
The staff are definitely not friendly. They described them as friendly on other pages, but that isn't true. There wasn't even liquid soap in the room. They expected us to wash our hands with shower gel. Also, the breakfast was very poor. It wasn't a buffet. They prepared a breakfast platter according to their own tastes and expected us to be satisfied with that breakfast. I definitely didn't like this hotel where I stayed during my last days in Spain. I do not recommend it.

I struggled to get to this "break outside the city" hotel due to roadworks & Google Maps directing me to a bus stop that didn't exist.
I called & they were really helpful over the phone as the staff were during my stay.
The issue was that I booked a room with what was advertised as a deskspace which was only a shelf.
So although the hotel was reasonable it wasn't worth the time, effort or money it took to stay there.
I'm staggered how many hotels advertise a shelf as a deskspace & have uncomfortable chairs for sitting on.
And one only finds out on arrival too.
I called & they were really helpful over the phone as the staff were during my stay.

Cozy, clean and economical
I stayed a couple of nights last week. On the phone I thought they were friendly and attentive people and once there, things improved.
Clean, tasteful and without strident.
The staff (I refuse to call it Staff) very close, as if we have already met many times. They know how to measure trusts very well and detect how far you go.
The room, which was single, was not large but correct in "almost everything". Single bed. I didn't measure it, but I think it was 105. Comfortable and with an appropriate bathroom.
The only two sticks I would put on it, nobody is perfect, they are more than usual in all hotel establishments.
The pillows: They're very soft and he has to go asking for another one or more.
Lighting: From the entrance to the own volume of the room is the well-known hallway that form the sum of the two adjoining bathrooms and the skate of facilities. In that part there is no point and you make do with the little light that reaches you residually from the bottom.
It's not like rocket fire there either. If you want to read the package leaflet of a medicine you have to help yourself with the phone. Of course, the headlight is very scarce.
Come on, normal. I would like to know why no architect or director considers the possibility of a client being fond of reading. You can't read. Ale, "on the run," playing tourist.
The value for money is excellent for a *** so close to Barcelona and 16€ taxi, or 7 minutes with your car, from Circuit de Catalunya. 142€, including tax and VAT
