A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Take into account that arrivals between 07:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. have an additional supplement of €25. Tickets between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 12:00 a.m. guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m. when the office reopens. - Upon arrival they must pay a tourist tax of €1 per night and person, due to the regulations established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya. - At the time of check-in, both adults and minors must be identified by DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK. - Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night. Please note there is currently construction work going on right next to the building, so there may be occasional noise during your stay (especially during working hours).
