We loved it

We stayed for 4 days, we loved the setting and the house had everything necessary, even air conditioning.
Carmen was very attentive to us.

Finca Natura Canaria, scam.

They rent some of the housing for 4 people and we found the sofa beds in bad shape, so we had to carry inflatable mattresses.
One of the fridges did not cool from 2.30pm to 9.00pm with the risk that the food was in a bad state to consume and we are told that they do not have a large spare fridge only small apartment but that at that time we could not change it had to wait until the next day, the fridge of the other house was smaller and older and also the cold came out from the rubber that was cut.
As we are on fire alert we could not use the barbecue so we carried electric irons, when we were preparing for dinner the power went out for half an hour, so the meat that was cooking when the power came back was inedible, regardless of the disgust that the baby who went with us crying all the time.
In the end we decided under the circumstances to abandon the wonderful weekend we had planned as a family, so I called the lady in charge again for the umpteenth time and then the maintenance man appeared with the fridge which was supposed to be gone.
The conditions to leave were that the accommodation is left with part of the security for management and cleaning costs (150€) for cancellation on arrival which we do not agree to because we leave as the homes are not in condition to spend 4 days and the price is not worth it (960€).
The houses are dirty, the showers have curtains that can not have more dirt, the fridges with dirt from the previous tenants, broken sofa beds, spider web....etc...
We will come to the end of this matter because we have been teased, damages included.

Spectacular estate

First time we go and on the day of departure we didn’t even want to go just with the treatment of Dona Carmen Owner and the Welcoming of the hardworking Mrs. Juan has been incomparable really, it gives a lot of fairness to go to places like this I think the 5 stars are short, I would put 100 en in this wonderful estate
Impeccable cleaning
Swimming pool
Green areas
Actually the whole estate is spectacular and is a charm and much better so connected to nature
We would really come back one and a thousand times more and I think I fall short of all the wonderful that deserves to receive such a beautiful and well-kept estate like this

Una semana de desconexión

Fuimos en familia durante una semana a la Finca Natura Canaria. Lo mejor sin duda, el entorno. Se respira mucha paz, los niños pudieron jugar y nosotros desconectar. Destacar la limpieza y el trato, Carmen es muy amable y cercana, estuvo disponible para lo que necesitáramos. Lo recomiendo 100%.
