Fantastic Hotel with Amazing Food and Staff

This hotel pleasantly surprised me. It felt both welcoming and luxurious, and we were exceptionally well taken care of throughout our stay. The half-board was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of food, friendly staff, and a very helpful reception team whenever we needed assistance. We also loved the outdoor pools, sun loungers, the well-equipped gym, and our spacious room, which was cleaned every day; the only small downside for me was that the pools were still a bit cold in May, although most guests seemed perfectly happy with them.

Lovely staff greeted at reception. Great location, just by restaurants and the beach. Great pools with comfy beds. However, reception had weird smell of toilet. Hotel is very modern and minimalist but lacks amenities.

Fantastic hotel in Alcudia

Amazing hotel for our family trio. Cannot wait to come back here. Very spacious hotel. Clean. Incredible breakfast buffet. I wish we did the half board b/c the food was so good. Our 6 year old loved the big family pool and my husband did his morning laps in the lap pool. It's also a block away from Playa de Muro beach, which we also loved. The cafe at the pool served delicious foods and cocktails. Service was great all around. No complaints!

Good hotel with very nice staff. However, parking is a huge headache and breakfast is super crowded.
