I stayed for two nights during the San Fermín festival. This hostel has been recently renovated with small but very cute and clean rooms. It is located a few steps from the bus stop that takes you to the center of Pamplona after a few stops.

AWFUL, WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN.
AWFUL, WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN.
And I've slept in accommodation of all kinds all over the world.
We couldn’t make night because there were people wandering the halls, constant noise, music, calls, crying children... even people sitting on stairs and corners. A very strange environment that made us feel totally unsafe (we didn't see any other guests).
We called the emergency phone (there are no staff at night) and they told us we could leave and they would return our money. We left and ended up paying the next door Ibis, which I DO recommend.
Upon reclaiming, we were told that “this has already happened to more people” and that being a Booking reservation they would not return anything. Shameful. Claims sheet on.
The place gives the impression of having some kind of social hostel in addition to tourist accommodation. That, if so, is not compatible with charging €70 per night plus €15 per dog, and less without any night control. It is impossible to rest or feel safe.
My advice: avoid this place. Pay a little more and you'll save a hard time.

Great experience.
I recommend it to all; On the 1st day with I had problems with the A/C and they changed my room (upgrade from 1 single to a double at no cost).The guys at the reception are great above all I want to highlight INES this girl is AN ANGEL !! friendly; friendly; A Great human being; I even get to give me her bus pass when I tell her that my card did not work the type of person who restores your faith in humanity and Alejandro A friendly boy; attentive and very professional.In the bar/restaurant everything was great; the rich dinner; the cold beer and the first-class staff and the very accessible prices full buffet breakfast for 8 euros; dinner of 3 courses of 12-18 euros plus there is a bus stop a few meters that takes you to the Center of Pamplona in 10 minutes,If you visit Pamplona stay here.

Non-existent management and coordination
I took a room with a double bed, the air conditioning was not going, I commented at reception, they checked and the girl told me that she offered me another but no double bed, without discounting me anything... Obviously I refused, so he told me he was refunding me half the fee, I said yes, after no because the supervisor wouldn't let him... That called me on Monday, not only had to call me on Tuesday but also they have not solved anything, so claim sheet and I do not plan to return, I do not like the accommodations with so much lack of coordination and management among their own workers and managers, that says a lot of "how" they run a business.
I have been in boarding houses and nearby hotels with better conditions and especially cheaper, the design of the hotel and facilities are worthy of an old horror movie... The cafe/restaurant said by the reception are closed on weekends, it is a secluded hostel and you do not have services even for a coffee? Since both restaurants are usually closed, I went for a coffee on Saturday and everything closed!! It is an area of polygons with no life and the walking center is far away. Very cheap and expensive for what they offer... There are many other options nearby cheaper and with more and better services... Disappointing
