This hotel is a scam

This hotel is a real scam, lousy customer service, they keep the money and refuse to make a refund, even though they are the ones who fail to meet basic health conditions. Don't stay here, it's my recommendation.

There are better places and hotels!

Stayed 1 night in this hotel it is quite a walk from the marked camino route. Check in was OK. The room was big, dated and stunk of cigarette smoke! But the worst was the bathroom the very small shower unit and tiles had black mould and not just a little. I used fip flops to use it. The bin had not been emptied and was full of used ladies products. I did complain at reception and they sent a cleaner to clean the bin and provided a machine to clean the air which helped but in the end I opened the large window, the noise from the constant stream of lorries was deafening. But it did quieten down in the late evening. The only nice bit of the stay was the good choice of breakfast in the upgraded dining room.
The town had very little to see and the Church was closed. I would'nt recommend this hotel or town as a stopping point on the Camino Inges

Bizarrely my bathroom toilet had a bidet in the way of the toilet, so you couldn’t sit straight, also there was a pillar at the end of the bed, so it was very difficult to walk around the twin bed. Rather bizarre design errors. Otherwise not bad
