Lovely comfortable hotel in v pretty rural village

Delightful hotel with extremely helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms, a lively swimming pool, bar which is open for drink all day. Very good breakfast, lunches and dinners. Could not fault it and as we could not speak Spanish or Basque they went out of their way to help. Would very happily stay again. Sad to leave after 4 days stay

Fiasco

We stayed 4 nights. On the website it says that the rooms have air conditioning. When we arrived there was none and being in the room was unbearable. They tell me that they are aware that the information on the website has been wrong for three months, but that the one who manages it does not change it. They put us on a fan that didn't solve anything. When we were going to pay and complain again, the manager offers to give us the breakfast of 1 day (€20), the room cost (€160/night). A tease shot.
