Location, staff treatment and cleanliness very well. Hostel bathroom.

Location, staff treatment and cleanliness very well. It has its own parking with several chargers for electric vehicles with access from the parking lot to the hotel. The rooms are somewhat small, typical of a historic building, but with renovation to update them. Now, the bathroom is elmque installed in the 60's, broken tiles, a much lower than normal sink furniture (forces you to crouch a lot), a very narrow bathtub and very old toilets.

Mediocre.

Following a booking error, the hotel did not want to make a commercial gesture to refund part of the night. I had to take a room facing a gloomy courtyard... the hotel is only grand in name, the bathrooms are outdated with bidets from another era... I do not recommend it.

Four star hotel - I don’t think so.

Location is excellent, in close proximity to restaurant, cathedral and the old town. Atmosphere is somewhat dated, but quaint. The rooms were clean and functional, however the air conditioning wasn’t working, hadn’t been for some time and there didn’t seem to be any hurry to fix it. As a result, the room was hot. Opening the window to allow for some fresh air wasn’t really an option as the street noise was quite loud.
Room facilities were, in my opinion, below par for a so-called 4 star hotel. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (nor in the reception area). The bathroom consumables were also sub-par. Drinking glasses were paper cups; tissues consisted of two tissues in a paper sachet; no moisturiser. Overall, very disappointing.
Breakfast was also quite disappointing. The selection was small - bread selection consisted of sliced white and wholemeal only (no unsliced or multigrain options). Fruit selection was poor.
I understand that the hotel site is part of the historic fabric of the city, however the various levels (up and down stairs) in the reception - ground floor area make it difficult to navigate with suitcases.
I didn’t find the service overall as particularly friendly and welcoming. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Awful.

I haven't left yet, and I want to go. Old-fashioned hotel but especially very noisy. I don't need to listen to the next door neighbor's hair dryer at 4:30 on the Rock.
