Brilliant hotel, would stay again!

Our stay was great at this hotel. The hotel was very clean. There were always loads of sunbeds available and we went 18th July-26th July so school holidays had started. No sunbed wars! The pool area was clean. The main pool was lovely, perfect temperature. The food was good, great variety and always good quality and choice. The snack bar food is the best we have ever had at any all inclusive holiday! They make it fresh to order and the food is really well presented. I will attach pictures. There is good selection of drinks, the standard ones you would expect from a all inclusive. Nice cocktails. The pool bar is good but can sometimes get a bit busy. A second bar opens about 2-6pm near the pool, however I think this should open earlier at busy times like the summer period. There is a 3 drink limit per order per adult and 1 drink per child. The bar open in the evening in the lobby is amazing, great atmosphere, loads of space, drinks presented nicely, friendly staff. The evening meals have great choice and usually have a themed night such as American or Mexican. The rooms were nice and clean. The only downside was the rooms were very small. We are a family of 3, with a 13 year old so it is quite cramped. However, if you have a younger child or are a couple, it would be fine. It is nothing major and we managed. The shower is great. Finally, I think they need to put a drying rail on the balcony for towels and swimwear as there isn’t one which means guests have to hang clothes and towels over the balcony which doesn’t look great and also it got windy so a lot of people’s swimwear and towels were blowing off and the maintenance team would go and get them. The shuttle bus to Palmanova is good and efficient. The supermarket in the hotel was convenient, it is overpriced but that is expected when it is for convenience. The hotel staff were all really good and very helpful. A special shoutout to Miguel at the snack bar who was always really happy and going above and beyond for guests and having a laugh with everyone. All the staff work very hard and must be exhausted as they have been working through this heatwave and it did not cool down in the evening! Great hotel, great food, good location and close to Palma and Palmanova. Would stay again!

Needs improvements. Worth the money? Nope!

Initially I had a great experience while checking in, even checked in 30min earlier than I was meant to, the lady attending was lovely. The room appeared ok, clean at first sight and bathroom same, lovely little terrace. I am into my second day now here, and slowly slowly starting to be dissapointed:
✔️Shower very tiny and doors not closing properly which means it makes lots of water on the floor.
✔️Throughout the night was soo hot and for whatever reason the air conditioning was not working.
✔️In the rooms there are no menu's or any information in how to even contact reception, just a phone which I still haven't find out how to use. Room service none.
✔️There is a downstairs restaurant which has timings for everything: breakfast, lunch, dinner and late snack.(there are nowhere written besides downstairs at the restaurant so I had to come down 9 floors to find out). Food was not too bad at all, just shame that there is no room service. I went late for the dinner 21:00 and there was only half hr left, did not want to pay €22 for half hr rushed food and to go at the main road to the restaurants its a 15min walk down the hill and then obviously 15min walk up the hill to return to the hotel. Anyway, I went to the bar while waiting for the late snack entry which is at 22:00, got myself a piña colada(cocktail) for €5... oh well. Absolutely horrible. Somehow that piña colada come from a machine and you can definitely taste it. End up enjoying my coca cola which was a small glass with ice for €2.50 .
✔️Lifts.... oh dearrrr, yes they have 5/6 lifts but they are TINY, very often you have to wait in line to get in the lift.
✔️returned from my day out and shopping, run straight into the toilet. While on it, look on the floor and surprise surprise, ants around on the floor. Put straightaway back my shoes. Very dissapointed but surprised? Definitely NOT.
✔️ In the morning, I woke up late as I was tired and the cleaning lady come. Told her to go ahead and ignore that I am there, which she did but gladly that I was present, to be able to witness what cleaning it's actually carried on. She changed my towels, made my bed, bathroom not much cleaning at all and moved the floor and changed the bins. That's it. Wondering about the ants? Neah. Not at all. Shower cabin not cleaned, toilet either, just inside which was already clean anyway, sink nope, mirror either. Anything else in the room? Well, just with the cloth on the table and that's about it.
Well, so far thats my experience in the 2 days and 1 night ive been here, let's see what else would i Discover in my next 2days and a half here. Would i come again here? Definitely NOT. 4 stars hotel? Most definitely NOT. Worth the money? Definitely NOT. Oh, and to not forget for whoever goes here, prepare yourself the hotel its on a hill, you have to go up and down the hill for anything: beach, shops, restaurants and so on. But you do have a bus stop few min walk from the hotel, if you happy to pay everytime €3 for every fare.

Super Stay at BQ Belvedere

Overall it was a great stay at the BQ Belvedere! Hotel seemed nice and modern and well kept on first impressions and staff checking us in were helpful and friendly. The room was small but very clean with a great size balcony with a lovely view and also a good sized bathroom with lovely big walk in shower and nice toiletries. Food was great with plenty options at all meal times, everything seemed nice and fresh. Pizza was really nice and from a proper pizza oven. Snacks by the pool really good too and made to order. Drinks on all inclusive very good and using Coca-Cola products which is great. Pool really good size and nice atmosphere, peaceful but still a good vibe and things to do if you fancy such as darts, axe throwing and other games. The location is a little bit awkward if you dont have transfers included, around $35-$40 was quoted for a taxi so we opted for public transport which was fine but did mean a change of buses. The daily shuttle services to Palmanova are a great feature as well, we would have loved if they continued in the evening. Would say the location is generally okay but probably not ideal if you are hoping for a lively scene on your doorstep. Value for money was really good and we were really happy with our stay.

Amazing hotel but queuing put me down

The hotel is lovely, food is amazing . Pool area and bar is clean and welcoming.
Can't say anything bad apart from the ques that were going on through out the day to grab a drink by the bar.
We went for an all inclusive. The only bar that was available during the day was bar by the pool. There was always a long que to get a drink.
I would suggest that water and other fizzy drinks should be available from the self service machines. It would reduce the amount of people who are in the que.
The restaurant and the evening bar had a table service. That was also a big inconvenience as waiting time for a drink was sometimes rilly long.
Again I have to say about the food in restaurant. It was absolutely amazing. Always fresh and a big choice of dishes
I Wish coffee was available in the restaurant on lunch time as well.
If I fancy one I had to que to the pool bar for long minutes.
There is a shuttle bus to Palma Nova and the local beach and town centre is only 10 min down the stairs .
If I could pick again I would go for a half board option.

Room was kept immaculate. Cleaning staff were so friendly also! Clean towels and bed linen every day! The whole hotel was so clean. The food was lovely, massive selection and all really fresh and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Couldn’t really fault much at all. We had a lovely stay.
