Practical hotel near the center of Palma de Mallorca

We ordered one more bed and the next day we had it in the room. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is also in a very quiet place and we were able to sleep without problems. The information we were given about breakfast places was very useful. It's not a luxurious hotel and our room didn't have great views, but we don't care about that. We highly recommend this hotel.

Modern design but price too high for what it offers.

I stayed for one night in this property with a modern and youthful design, with well-kept common areas. The location is convenient enough to visit the historic center of Palma: the Cathedral can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and Plaza Major in just 5. Very useful also the proximity to the Saba Sa Gerreria public parking, easily accessible.
However, the value for money is not the best. The cost of the stay is quite high compared to the services offered, which are more like a hostel than a real hotel. In addition, the property's parking is charged (€19 per day) and must be booked in advance, but this detail was not well specified at the time of booking.
Despite being central, the area is a bit isolated, especially in the evening, and to reach Passeig del Born it takes about 20 minutes on foot. Overall a practical accommodation for short stays, but with some aspects to improve in relation to the asking price.

Kindness to the nth power

Greeted by Alejandro with a big smile... he gave us a lot of information. Cute rooms and super central location and convenient to everything. You could improve the cleaning even more, but very well so!!! Note of merit to the brewery attached to the hotel!!!

Great hotel to enjoy Mallorca

Hotel small and quite peculiar with a highly personalized service especially by Alejandro and Joaquim. The peculiarity is due to the access to the hotel and the local characteristics. The room is excellent, meets very well the needs with good beds and a bathroom also very good. The elegance of the room, very typical. is an invitation to sit down and enjoy an afternoon in peace with a wine or a cold beer. The location is perfect for doing everything on foot. Finally excellent experience and highly recommended for those going to Mallorca.

Perfect location, friendly team, modern design.

Perfect location in the center of the city. Very friendly team at the reception. Rooms are big comparing with same category hotels, and are very clean. The building was a former factory and the design is minimalist and modern. WiFi efficient. For travellers arriving early or departing late lockers at disposal with a shower. The rates are fair for Palma center.
Highly recommended if luxury is not your main option.
