Really great location and very spacious. Perfect for small group of travelers. Only negative is the walk up to top floor was 9 flights of stairs. Ok if you don’t have heavy luggage and don’t mind the many steps!

This place was super central right in the pedestrian area. It was clean and had a good kitchen. Bed was great. Two small grocery stores within steps. The rooftop was sunny. It was noisy in the streets, as expected, with yippy dogs, scooters, street sweepers and loud talkers. Earplugs needed at night. Overall it was a perfect location for everything Palma has to offer.

Central location!

Our apartment was large clean and fully equipped.The location is central!Near many points of interest, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.We checked in very late which troubled us quite that day.The accommodation does not have an elevator so it is not recommended for people with difficulty moving and with large luggage.The shared terrace was nice.

We booked premium and were given Standard-care

We booked a Premium apartment in Can Rubí eight months in advance, and upon arrival we were given a standard apartment. They refused to change us and never acknowledged the error, although I have all the evidence (screens, videos and confirmations). They rented us one type of apartment and handed us a different one. During the first days they denied the facts; then the hotel director called us 3 times to invite us for breakfast “to talk about it”, and dinner, but we refused: we didn’t want breakfast or dinner with him, we wanted a real solution.
The difference between the two apartments is important: we had booked the Premium because it had no architectural barriers, and the standard did — a very dangerous bedside step, especially at night. We even called before booking to confirm that the Premium didn't have that step. Still, they gave us the standard, charged us the Premium and never refunded the difference.
On the last day they admitted to having had “a computer error” but never solved the problem.
Very bad Service, terrible customer service and no incident management.
We have filed a complaint with Consumo and the OCU.
I recommend all travelers to check that the room they are assigned is exactly what they booked. Save photos, emails, etc.

All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend!
