A terrible Apartment!

Our stay at Can Savella Turismo de Interior – Apartment 3 was very disappointing and did not match the listing.
The apartment we received was very different from the photos. It was a dark ground‑floor/cellar unit with a persistent unpleasant smell.
Access information was inaccurate. Taxis cannot reach the property, and we had to carry our luggage about 500m through the old town.
The check‑in machine did not work, and no staff were available. We were eventually let in by a cleaner.
We experienced cockroaches and other cleanliness issues inside the apartment during our stay.
The windows face a street where horses pass by, which caused noise and odor.
When we contacted the property, no practical solution, refund or alternative room was offered.
For the price we paid (224€ per night), the overall quality and conditions were far below expectations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Apartment 3.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we might need for a small family to stay. Awesome location in the old town, quiet street but only a few minute walk to the main streets and attractions.

Deliciously comfortable beds, lovely bathroom products, cute little parcels of useful things like cleaning cloth and washing powder, decent coffee maker and pods, super friendly staff, helpful and free luggage storage. Great location. No views but right in the old city.

We were disappointed by our ‘courtyard’ view room, it was a hotel room essentially in the basement…with a window in the bedroom that was inaccessible and was below street level. After our first night we let the hotel room know our room had a dampness to everything, our bedding felt wet. They said they would have housekeeping come by to check but never did. We stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping. Drywall had black mold spots in stairwell. The location itself was great, but I would avoid staying in the basement room if you are able to.
