Had a great stay! The hotel is fresh, clean, and the breakfast is amazing. The room was modern, clean and very nice. We did buy an upgrade to see the ocean.
The area around is very touristy and heavily german young party people. We stayed and preferred the hotel amenities and the rooftop pool and bar almost every day, unfortunately they had to close one of the pools when we had three days lefy which was a shame as this was our favorite hang area. Also the staff was very mixed in hospitality. Several was amazing and gave great service, and some was not very friendly.
All in all we loved our stay and can highly recommend the hotel!

Great staff. Dowdy hotel in run-down area.
All the staff, without exception, were friendly and professional. My room was a bit dowdy and I couldn't open the curtains or the door as I would lose my privacy. Shower was excellent. I had no balcony and the terrace was not covered or private. I don't like the fact that, after you've booked, they then give you the option of paying a lot more money to choose your room location. No remote control for the aircon meant having to get out of bed to adjust it. Hotel food was drab and not of a very good quality. The main pool was ok but there was the nauseating smell of frying from the burger van at one end of it. Burgers!! Why no good quality tapas or Mallorcan food? The local area doesn't have nice shops and restaurants. It is not very Mallorcan as it is mainly for other EU tourists. A very short walk to the beach which is also ok. Restaurants again are a bit below par.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and left with a positive impression of the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the town center. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, the coffee from the pool bar was excellent, and we really enjoyed the Bali daybeds and the many sun loungers around the pool areas. The facilities were generally clean, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. We felt the staff should be more consistent in enforcing the hotel’s own rules, especially regarding smoking on balconies and in the pool area, reserving sun loungers and Bali daybeds for long periods, and guests bringing outside food and drinks into the pool area.
The egg station at breakfast was also a bit inconsistent. On several mornings, the fried eggs had clearly been sitting out too long and had become rubbery, while the omelets were undercooked and still raw in the middle.
Finally, during our 7-night stay, the pool was only cleaned once. After just a couple of days, there was already noticeable sand and debris in the water.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the hotel. With a little more attention to these details, the experience could be even better.

Disappointing stay
Stayed at HM Ayron Park for 5 nights. Room was spacious with efficient air conditioning and good shower, but was quite basic, definitely not 4star plus as categorised in the brochure and most certainly not the 5 star official rating. The area wasn’t to my liking. Some staff were reluctant workers and feel this a failing on behalf of the management as they are left unsupervised. Not at any point during my stay did I see any managers doing rounds to check things were running smoothly. The only time we saw the Manager was when we made a complaint for having waited an hour for our lunch (asked twice and told it was coming) which was only 3 toasted sandwiches and even after that the order was incorrect. The Lifeguard/pool attendant was supposed to be present from 10 am to hand out fresh towels, but was quite often late with a queue forming and then he barricaded himself in behind the towels and sat chatting on his phone. Didn’t see him get up from his chair unless he was replenishing the towels. The pool had sand at the bottom even at the start of the day - not sure if it was ever cleaned during my stay. Although dinner was until 9.30 pm, the staff would appear to believe this means start clearing everything away just after 9 pm, so they can be out of there just after 9.30 pm. The roof top bar according to the app on our first two nights was open until midnight, but when we went to use it one evening the bar was shut and there were a few people sitting at the tables in the half light, soon after a security guard told us we had to go it was shut, when we complained the next day about the Sky Bar being shut, the timings were miraculously changed to closes at 9.30pm, which makes no sense as most people wouldn’t use it before that time as they would be having dinner.

Concerning the dinner service, as we explained during our conversation and after verifying the information with our restaurant team and reviewing the relevant records, the buffet is replenished until 21:30h, and food is only cleared away once the service has officially ended at that time.
Finally, regarding the Sky Bar, we would like to clarify that its opening hours have been consistently displayed in our app as 10:00h to 21:00h. These have been the established operating hours, and we regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen.

This hotel does not disappoint. Nadine at the reception was very kind, welcoming us with a drink as our information was entered into the system. Since we arrived in the morning and check-in was at 15:00, she offered to keep our bags in the locked baggage room while we went into town. We rented normal bicycles from the hotel for 15 EUR per bike per day. This was so much fun and quicker to get around. The bikes could be locked with a chain to a light post on the street. We also got towels from the hotel that we took to the beach to swim. The room itself was very clean. Water pressure was very good and hot water was quickly available. Air conditioning works very well. Breakfast options were many to choose from. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The hotel has several swimming pools, two of which are located on the top floor with an excellent view. There is also a bar at the top next to the pool. The ATM in the hotel was handy. We requested a later check-out and that was not a problem. Either Uber from the airport it will cost around 18 EUR and takes around 10-15 minutes. With the bus (number A2) it costs around 3 EUR each way, and takes around 20-30 minutes. The bus closest bus stop to the hotel is 4 minutes walk (really close) and is called “Amèrica ctra. Militar”. Direct bus connections are once per hour. There are other connections too but you would have to change buses. The best restaurant we ate at is 6 minutes walk from the hotel (Bar Andaluz). Authentic Spanish!
