Terrific hotel!!!
Fantastic place, colourful, vibrant and centrally located, public transport on the doorstep to take you anywhere and everywhere round Palma. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and always available. The bar and restaurant staff were fabulous and the food was excellent. My room was gorgeous and spotless, can't recommend enough. If you're going to Palma, book this hotel, loved it!!!

Beautiful room with ants.
The hotel was great and the room very large. On the other hand,
There were ants in the room, and several of them. On the
floors, the counters, and even on the
bed. After one night, we informed the reception. After the 2nd night, the situation had not improved, so we made a complaint at the front desk. The first employee told us that the housekeepers had not seen any ants the first time we notified them; we had to show them a video and send it by email. A 2nd employee told us that the housekeepers had put a product in the room, which contradicts what the
first employee said, and if they
put a toxic product, why didn’t they change our room? Finally, we were told that there was nothing to be done about this. So everything is inconsistent, especially since 2 nights cost €1,200. Nothing was offered to us as compensation.

Par ailleurs, notre établissement travaille avec une société spécialisée dans la lutte antiparasitaire, qui réalise des interventions préventives et curatives de manière régulière afin de garantir le bon état de nos installations.
Nous regrettons également que les informations communiquées par notre personnel aient pu sembler contradictoires. Notre objectif est d'offrir un service efficace ainsi qu'une communication claire et cohérente à tous nos clients.
Nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques afin de revoir nos procédures ainsi que la coordination entre nos différents services, dans le but d'éviter que ce type de situation ne se reproduise.

Enjoying stay here
Staff well organised very friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Very nice bar and restaurant area. Good for family holiday and group. At breakfast everyone find something for him self. 100% recommending

Fab interesting Arty hotel, great facilities & friendly staff
What a fab hotel. We travelled as a group of 6 including 4 x teenagers across 3 separate rooms. Checkin was smooth and full of all the right info. Art exhibitions within the hotel gave an added twist and introduced local artists showcasing their work. The whole hotel is full of interesting art and scupltures including exterior murals. Immaculately clean throughout. Rooftop pool is small but that meant is was never very busy/noisy. Great service where you can order drinks by poolside phone and they're delivered shortly afterwards. All the staff was great. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel restaurant twice. Food great, plentiful and fairly priced. Restaurant staff are fab and the shining star being Ismeal (5 star worthy) who was always helpful, cheery and ready with friendly banter and an absolute delight. Spa again small but everything we needed. Had the place to ourselves One afternoon. Would defo stay here again

Very disappointed, smoke and mirrors.
Extremely expensive compared to the quality of the services. Concretely, this hotel is in very bad condition and old; it hides behind an artistic makeover. Drive by, you will see everything there is to see, and run away...
Very questionable bedding, horribly soft and worn-out mattress, old flat worn-out pillow, hole in the sheets, holes in the curtains, terribly noisy from the hallway, A/C super dirty, noisy, and working poorly. In short, it's a good thing we are only staying one night here; I am very disappointed to have paid over 300€ for this. Oh, and I forgot, the pool is tiny! In short, one night, but never again. Rip-off!!!

Si cela avait été le cas, notre équipe aurait immédiatement vérifié la situation et fait tout son possible pour vous proposer une solution afin de rendre votre séjour plus agréable.
Concernant la chambre, nous regrettons que le niveau de confort n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nos équipes de ménage et de maintenance effectuent des contrôles réguliers, mais nous tiendrons compte de vos remarques dans notre démarche d'amélioration continue.
En ce qui concerne la piscine, ses dimensions ainsi que l'ensemble des installations sont clairement présentées sur notre site internet et sur les différentes plateformes de réservation.
