Excellent Hotel

Truly very beautiful hotel, with all the comforts, from the gym to the pool, directly on the sea, the room we had overlooked the beach of Cala Major, daily room cleaning with towel change

Not waw

Very nice staff and clean, but not worth the money as both pool and beach are pver populated and you never have time to get a sun lounger if you do not wake up type 7

Poor management, poor room service, and poor condition of the facilities.

Out of the 7 days, only 3 days did they clean the room, bed, bathroom, etc.
Neglected, dirty.
CAUTION, THEY SCAN YOUR ID!

Location is perfect, straight on the beach. Service staff has very bad english, knowing spanish is a plus for you as visitor. We had to remind them every day about cleaning, extra pillows, extra toilet paper and new glasses to the room.

cleanliness and service

Unfortunately, the cleaning service and the attention at the front desk have not been up to expectations. During our stay, we experienced a lack of room service, failure to meet the schedules agreed upon with the staff, and unjustified delays in the delivery of requested bed linens and towels. Despite having reported these issues at the front desk, we have not received the promised solution or follow-up. A disappointing management and a clear lack of customer service.
