Small cozy hotel with great helpful and friendly staff. Good basic breakfast. Fresh towels, clean and comfy bed. Excellent location, 3min away from bus stop to Palma and airport. Very close to the beach and shops. Downside is cleaning, very unclean floor in the room and bathroom, as well as hallway. No kettle and hairdryer, however rooms have mini fridge. Soundproofing is really bad between rooms and hallway.

This is the sixth time we have been to Vincente and his great team. We love the small hotel surrounded by the locals. The small unexcited morning breakfast, which is quite sufficient. And you don't feel like you're in a giant cafeteria in disgusting light, all small and smart but honest.
We also love the rituals in the evening after the beach to soak up the Mallorcan temperament with Chefe and his friends. The beach is reached in two minutes. We love it here and have already booked again.
