Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended
We had such a wonderful stay at Sauro by Puro! The rooms were spotless, bright, and the balcony with the sea view was the perfect place to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the summer heat.
What really made this hotel stand out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Mercedes, Eduardo, and Marina – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even managed to get us discounted sunbeds at Purobeach on very short notice during peak season, which is almost impossible!
The location is fantastic: only about 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Playa de Palma, and around 15 minutes to Palma city centre. Parking was also surprisingly easy, as we always found a space just around the corner.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sauro by Puro to anyone visiting Mallorca!

Amazing staff, room and location!
Hotel staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. We had a cold drink on arrival, we arrived a little bit early but they made it possible for us to check in a bit sooner and took our bag up to the room whilst we waited in the restaurant and had a drink. Me and my friend were celebrating our 40th birthdays this week so they left a card and drinks for us in the room. Everyone was so lovely and helpful the entire stay with booking taxis, storing our luggage at reception upon check out as we had a late flight, and offering us towel rental if we wanted to go to the beach. The woman on reception who checked us in was exceptional and made the stay really special, we really appreciated her!
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern, our room was very quiet, had everything we needed incl. Toiletries, good air con and the beds were comfy. Our room had a balcony with sea view with loungers so we ordered food from the hotel restaurant up to our room and ate dinner on the balcony which was good value. There is a mini fridge, you get two big bottles of water and can pay for any other drinks or snacks in there. Breakfast is buffet style and there's lots of options.
The hotel has about 4 steps at the entrance but there's a lift at the entrance if you ask a member of staff, there's usually one in the restaurant you can ask to operate the lift for you.
The location is amazing, you are across the road from the beach, there's plenty of shops and places to eat or drink on the same road if you want to go out. It's a short taxi ride from the airport (we paid about 17 Euros) or into the city.
On the beach you can pay 20 euros to rent a lounger and umbrella which was comfy, there's a lock box on each umbrella to store phone, wallet etc if you want to go in the sea. The beach was good for accessibility with a board walk that goes almost down to the water, beach wheelchairs and crutches available too. There's is also a few spots for disabled parking near the hotel and beach front.

Unforgettable experience
I went on a graduation trip with my friends. A very kind treatment from the beginning, Mercedes (the receptionist) was very nice and friendly to us from the very first moment. The buffet was very rich and complete, and the hotel was very quiet. Something to keep in mind and very positive is that they provided us with towels to go to the beach. Thank you very much for providing us with accommodation and making this trip unforgettable!! Without a doubt, we will return.

Excellent.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. We had a great time. Our room was a bit small, with the bed very close to the entrance door and overlooking the inner courtyard. The small balcony was not very enjoyable given its size and the two chairs needed some cleaning. However, the structure is beautiful, the sea is just a step away, the location is excellent with parking available behind and a very convenient bus for any transfers, and the breakfast is excellent and complete, definitely a 10! The pedestrian street in front of the hotel invites you to stroll and take a wonderful bike ride toward the center. The hotel staff is very kind, and Mercedes in particular gave us many excellent suggestions for various requests. It is definitely an added value.

Kind and helpful receptionist
Arrived late at night, the receptionist, Manuel, was very kind and helpful. recommended several great spots for first-time visitors as well. We’ve had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay here
