The property is located in a building with no elevator. Situado a 300 metros de la playa de Palmanova, el establecimiento cuenta con 13 amplios apartamentos distribuidos en tres plantas (sin ascensor). Cada unidad dispone de un dormitorio doble independiente de la zona de estar-comedor (la configuración de las camas depende de la preferencia del huésped: una cama doble o dos camas individuales). La zona de estar incluye un sofá y una cama para una tercera persona, lo que permite una capacidad máxima de 3 huéspedes. Cada apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (frío/calor), TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, wifi gratuita, amplios balcones con mesa y sillas, y una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente equipada (utensilios de cocina, cafetera, nevera, microondas, tostadora y placa vitrocerámica).
