Excellent. We'll be back.

Thank you Jessica, a cracking owner, for serving us at the last minute. We got it right. I have stomach problems, even advised me because he knows dietetics a lot. What I ate, to enjoy. On top of that we were alone and we were chatting super at ease.

Availability and empathy.

Attentive and friendly staff. Faced with an unforeseen event due to severe weather conditions that left the Panticosa Spa isolated, the staff remained empathetic and willing to offer an alternative and all kinds of assistance. Facilities adequate for the establishment's two stars. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cafeteria service without having to leave the premises. Located in the heart of the town.

Pleasant hotel in Panticosa

The owner, Corina, was just so pleasant and helpful. With my rusty Spanish and her limited English, conversing in French seemed to work, as she was learning it.
Excellent garage in the hotel to store my motorbike was a bonus.
The room was cosy and the shower excellent.
The attached bar/restaurant is not part of the hotel and had indifferent staff and limited breakfast options, although the tortilla was decent.

A house in the heart of the Pyrenees

Very nice and characteristic guesthouse in the center of Panticosa. Everything is extremely clean, the environment is familiar and the owner is an exquisite person. For those traveling with four-legged friends, pets are also allowed. For those who ski there is the possibility of leaving wet equipment in the designated rooms at the entrance. Strongly recommended.

Very bad bar service

I don't know what the hotel service will be like, but the one on the terrace leaves a lot to be desired. After almost an hour, without letting us order inside, a waiter came out whose good manners were conspicuous by his absence.
