Stayed One Night... Aged Five Years.
Whoever owns this hotel should seriously reconsider their career choices.
From the outside, this place actually looks pretty decent. Don't let that fool you. The moment you make it past reception, it's like the building personally apologizes for what's about to happen.
Room 327 deserves its own Netflix documentary.
The bathroom looked like it had lost a fight with a pressure washer... about ten years ago. The walls had mysterious stains that my kid immediately declared looked like poop. I didn't investigate further because, frankly, I value my mental health. The shower looked so uninviting that I took one wearing sandals. If you're staying here, pack flip-flops. Trust me. Your feet will thank you.
The air conditioner sounds less like an HVAC unit and more like a freight train arriving at Platform 9¾. Despite all the noise, it somehow manages to cool the room with the enthusiasm of someone working on a Friday afternoon.
The furniture appears to be original. And by original, I mean it may have been handcrafted back when Jesus was apprenticing as a carpenter. It's practically archaeological.
The TV? The screen works. The remote apparently retired years ago and nobody's had the heart to replace it.
Getting into the garage requires approximately a 10-point maneuver, three acts of faith, and perhaps a blessing from your insurance company.
Then there's reception. I've met friendlier airport security officers. Smiling seems to be against company policy. You almost feel guilty for interrupting whatever important activity they were doing before the inconvenience of you checking in.
And somehow... somehow... this place has a 4-star rating online.
Yeah... no.
Who are these reviewers? The hotel's relatives? People who accidentally reviewed the building next door?
Also, cigarette smell from neighboring rooms somehow finds its way into yours like it's participating in an escape room challenge.
To be fair—and I like being fair—the pillows were surprisingly good. I was fully expecting those paper-thin €2 pancakes that hotels love to call pillows, but these were actually comfortable. Credit where it's due.
Overall, this isn't a destination hotel. It's a "I've been driving for six hours, it's midnight, and I've completely given up on life" hotel. Which, admittedly, is exactly why I ended up here.
I could keep going about Room XXX... but then I'd spoil all the surprises for the next brave soul.

Horrible, avoid it!
Catastrophic! Avoid at all costs! We spent one night in this hotel, room 333 in the middle of August. The air conditioning was not working; it was over 30 degrees in the room. We reported it at 10 p.m. at the front desk. The person told us that they could not do anything. We managed to sleep for 2 hours even though we had an 8-hour drive the next day. When we complained in the morning, the only reaction was to say: we will report it to Management. Not a word of apology! No consideration. For example, we had an air conditioning problem at an Ibis in Seville that was solved in 5 minutes. We expected at least an apology email. The hotel itself is old-fashioned. The 2 spotlights above the bed were not working either. The toilet flush does not work if you do not have the electricity card inserted. You can hear people talking in the other rooms. The soundproofing is poor. In summary, an unprofessional hotel that clearly settles for groups arriving in bulk at the end of the day. This hotel is worth 1 star maximum. Do not go there!

Good clean hotel, outside of the City in the Technology Business Park, the other side of the main AP7 from Valencia. So its fine if you just want a reasonable place to stay but its a taxi in and out of Valencia each night which quickly mounts up, albeit there is a regular bus service right outside the hotel. It was clean and tidy, rooms reasonable sized. Swimming pool on the roof was OK, not huge but perfectly usable. Staff were helpful. Whilst we were there we had 3 huge bangs on the roof above us in the middle of the night, never got to work out what it was but it shook everything around. We had breakfast only, which was not great. They did have a fair amount of choice but many of the ingrediants were not great, the cereals looked really cheap and like cardboard. The drinks machine was not adequate for the number of guests and looked dated. Some of the jugs serving juice looked like they were greasy and unclean. The cooked breakfast items were very limited and the staff in the breakfast restaurant were often not around and showed little interest in anything other than checking rooms had paid. So it was OK but I wouldnt recommend the catering. There was lots of free on street car parking though.

Clean Rooms, Weak Breakfast
Overall, the hotel is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast was disappointing. This was my fourth hotel in Spain, and it had the weakest breakfast in terms of both variety and service.

Unimpressed, overrated and underwhelmed / I was not impressed, it was overrated and I was disappointed.
The location isn't too far from the city if you are driving but if you want to go into the city on a weekend, know that the buses are not regular. You would have though the hotel would advise you of this when asking how to get to the city, but they don't seem to offer much information at all and are actually unsure.
The rooms are basic and dated but clean.
We were advised that the restaurant next door is not operated by the hotel itself. Crazy prices for a hotel that seems to be in an industrial area. The price of a whisky with no ice was ludicrous! €9,50 for approx 2 shots if that - A bottle of Ballantines costs nearly the same price.
The photos of the swimming pool area also look far more attractive than what it really is and the pool is smaller too. Don't be fooled by the photos!
Cleaning staff were very friendly.

The location is not too far from the city if you go by car, but if you want to go to the center on a weekend, keep in mind that the buses are not frequent. One would think that the hotel would have warned you when asking how to get to the city, but they do not seem to offer much information and, in fact, they are not sure.
