Reception staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent lots of options and fresh, room clean (only downside was on the smaller side) the rooftop was the highlight for us! The hot tubs with a view were amazing! Loved all the sun loungers and still quiet despite being the middle of Summer season, overall a fantastic stay we hope to return!

We were welcomed very warmly right at check-in. During our entire vacation, we felt welcome and comfortable at all times.
A very special compliment goes to the entire team – from the reception to the restaurant and the bar, all the way to the pool area. All employees were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. This warmth makes the difference and ensures that you feel right at home.
The hotel's location is also ideal. Everything important is quickly accessible and it is perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The service was simply first-class. We lacked nothing and you can tell how much dedication and passion is put into the work here.
For us, it is quite clear: If we vacation here again, we will book this hotel again without hesitation. We can recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by lovely neighbourhoods to explore. The facilities are spotless, well maintained, and easily accessible. The spa is incredibly peaceful and offers beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax.
The hotel offers fantastic value for money, and every part of our stay met our expectations. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca!

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The sauna did not seem to be working correctly when I visited, but the hot tubs on the roof are good and have a great view over the bay. I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked a decent size. The buffet food did not have a huge number of options, but it was sufficient for me and the quality seemed good. The also accomodated an early continental breakfast at 6 am before the main hot breakfast started at 8 am. I was also able to get a late checkout for 35 euros which was useful for me. Overall it was good value and I would stay there again.

Good hotel Bad food
The hotel was really great overall. The location is great, you can quickly get anywhere. The room was well equipped, clean and very pleasant. The general condition of the hotel was perfect.
However, unfortunately I have to say that the food was not good at all – disappointing in taste and bad in quality. That was really the only big minus.
Otherwise, everything was really good and I would recommend the hotel for overnight stay without meals.
