Good hotel with feel-good factor

We were there a few years ago and I think it has improved. The dining room has become bigger and more beautiful. Back then, you sat at the table with other guests, but today there is enough space to sit alone. The food we found very delicious and varied. The service at the reception was friendly. We have nothing to complain about, except that the mattresses are a bit slack. Otherwise everything was great!

Nice hotel with top service

We were there with a group of people with disabilities. The place is highly recommended.
The service was great. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner have met all expectations. The pool was nice but too cold for this time of year. The indoor pool across the street didn't stumble us. Rooms were neat and clean.

Just 3 stars

Good 3 star hotel, the rooms a bit worn but TIPTOP clean. The whole staff extremely helpful. The buffet in the evening is geared towards the predominantly German and old guests. Too bad! But there is a very varied salad buffet.

First time in Majorca

Stayed here for a couples holiday started off a pleasant trip. The neighbouring guests were banging on doors incredibly loud whilst trying to get to sleep. Mosquitoes are rife and I don’t think enough was done to stop this. The staff in the restaurants including the cooks were incredibly friendly and that’s what is holding this review not being 1 star. Upon checkout the rudest front of house woman clearly because we weren’t of the normal guests that stay there it was clear when checking in this hotel catered to a German audience ONLY. Will be the last time I stay in this hotel.

Food ok, staff friendly, facilities insufficient

We were - except for the food that is passable - very disappointed. The gym is not set up as in the photos, you can not work out there. Next door is a noisy construction site. Our light. / electricity in the room only works every other time, so we often go to sleep without being able to charge cell phones etc. The sauna , which you rent privately, was staffed by other guests. We're not really excited.
