Recommendation for everyone who loves design and tranquility
Wonderful design hotel with a perfect location. Petra is a charming, quiet village in the center of the island. And the Bytra is centrally located, right by the beautiful village church and just a few steps from the

Lovely Gem in Petra - Bytra Boutique Hotel
We were looking for a different experience in Mallorca, somewhere peaceful, intimate and more local rather than staying in one of the busy tourist areas, and Bytra Boutique Hotel was exactly what we hoped for.
Our plan was to have a car and spend our days driving around and discovering different parts of the island, so we wanted our hotel to be somewhere we could come back to and properly relax. Bytra was perfect for that.
The hotel has recently opened and is beautifully done. It feels very high-end, but not in a cold or overly formal way. There is a lot of thought behind the architecture, materials and overall atmosphere, and we really appreciated how the hotel has been designed to work with its natural surroundings. It feels calm, private and very intimate.
But what makes Bytra particularly special is the people.
Caterina was wonderful throughout our stay — always warm, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying ourselves. She regularly checked if we needed anything, and whenever we asked for recommendations around Mallorca, she would go above and beyond to help us find the right places and give us the best suggestions. It never felt like standard hotel service; it felt genuinely hospitable and personal.
The attention to the rooms was equally impressive. Everything was kept exceptionally clean and fresh towels were provided every day, often without us even having to ask.
For anyone looking to slow down, relax and experience a quieter and more authentic side of Mallorca while still having a beautiful, high-quality place to stay, I would highly recommend Bytra.
We had a wonderful experience and, if we have the opportunity to come back to Mallorca, we would definitely return.

L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est bien placé dans la ville de Petra.
Cependant, notre expérience est loin de la parenthèse relaxante que nous attendions en allant dans un « boutique hôtel » dans un village hors des sentiers battus.
Notre chambre au rez de chaussée donnait sur la rue et proche de l’entrée : aucune sonorisation avec l’extérieur et avec le hall de l’accueil où nous entendions chaque entrée / sortie au bruit de la clé électronique. Notre chambre sentait aussi fortement l’humidité - et pas vraiment possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres / volets au vue de la localisation sur la rue (et donc nous étions dans le noir tout le séjour par la même occasion).
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment léger avec peu de choix.
Enfin, quand on choisit un boutique hôtel, on y va surtout pour l’accueil et des services plus personnalisés que dans un hôtel standard. Nous n’avons croisé personne en 2 jours, et seulement des communications par WhatsApp.
Globalement, la prestation reste correct mais pas la hauteur de la promesse qui est faite et du prix.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war super, das Zimmer sauber und die Lage perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
