Clean, friendly and big!

Had a an awesome time. Booked for a week in early July. Loved every second. Very clean rooms despite all the nooks and crannies. Cleaning staff were very friendly too and most of the time will say “Hola.” Literally no complaints at all. I’ve worked I. The hotel industry most of my life and I can’t fault them. Big rooms too. I’m really hoping to book the same place hotel next year. 2 weeks next time though!

Swingers clubs on the doorstep

This is a weird one for me. So many bad reviews yet no one mentions the swingers club next door. Room 201 which we had , looks straight into it.
Found all staff friendly and lovely
Stayed 5 nights. Our room wasn’t cleaned once , not a problem but it was a struggle to get clean towels. Was told no twice .. rooms were massive. Very clean , pool
Area great , very handsome older life guard
Breakfast can’t fault. We were all inclusive. No cocktails available
God the lunch and dinner and snack bar food was awful. Very limited. No signs up so no idea what most of it was and it wasn’t easy to tell. People were coming in and walking straight back out .. snack bar food awful. Today veg sandwiches. Hotdog with buns and chips. Very basic and tastes awful
Location.. sadly 2 min walk round the corner loads of swingers clubs and sex clubs etc not just one or two
Beds were comfy. Air con didn’t work

Real review

I am staying here as we speak and I am so disappointed on a lot of facts I will start by saying this is going to be honest review.
We arrived Monday 27th of July at 1 in the morning which we expected it to be quiet on arrival the receptionist was too busy sorting out guests who was already staying there so had a to wait a good while and once we was seen to they we was rushed didn't get shown where any lifts was or how to get to room just passed a piece of paper and on our way .after figuring it out we arrived at our room and I am saying this after reading the reviews I understand it dated which was fine so decided to in pack our case only to find there was 2 yes 2 coat hangers and can I just say we booked a double room to then be greeted with 2 single beds which people must have had the same idea of putting beds together but couldn't as there is a shelf fixed to the wall half hanging off. So unpacked best we could.after traveling for nearly 7 hours to finally chill out there was an understatement the small settee wow was the hardest settee with wood coming up in fabric and cushions was not sitting properly on the settee as the wood was raised in it so couldn't relax. The beds all I can say is bring a pillow there like hard sand bags and only one. The fan couldn't put on due to it rattled that much it nearly came off wall good thing about bedroom 2 wardrobes and a light up 360 mirror but bearer in mind no plug sockets in room to do hair etc. The next morning was our first proper day we was ready for breakfast and we was buzzed by cleaner and I would understand if we had been there a more then a few hours but does there system not tell them we had just arrived asked cleaner for coat hangers to be ignored and no coat hangers arrived so had to ask at reception to be given 4. The food I am on day four and omg what a joke breakfast standered full English Spanish selection but hotdogs for breakfast instead of sausages and covered in onions which is fine if you like onions and all I am going to say is forget children's choice nothing really appeals to children. And forget the snack bar what you pay for a waste of time nothing there really. Dinner is basic chicken loads of fish stuff but all basic nothing I get all inclusive but my god for talking to a couple with children as we have been venturing out for food as it's the same and no variety really the night we went out they mentioned about tea all it was was chicken nuggets chips and sausages etc I mean come on all inclusive not expecting miracles but wow advise don't pay for all inclusive as it's not worth it for extra money as we have had to eat out every night. Right the one thing I am going to state which is absolutely appalling is the fact don't come to this hotel expecting entertaining they have cancelled all the entertainment kids club evening entertainment so as it stands couples or adults with children are sat twiddling there thumbs yes ok in day with the pool but nothing is available I think it's absolutely disgusting if I would have brought my children here and nothing for them to do apart from play in a pool I would be going mad so in a nutshell I'm still here the more I am talking to couples parents everyone is saying there going to complain to there holiday provider because all of us have paid all inclusive weeks holiday with entertainment and ok food but every single one of us has paid whatever for holiday to then have to spend a decent amount on going elsewhere on a night or day I just want to say I am writing this as I went on research of all the good reviews spent hours and I have never been here before to this country and don't get me wrong it's a great place but it should start from your hotel I have for 4 days left and I will be honest if it wasn't for the people we have met it would have been very disappointing and still after this time here no cleaner came back as of yet and no clean towels toilet roll etc to the point is I have had to wash all towels on the sink so if you was here as a couple with young children your rubbish with dirty nappies how long would they stay there before having to deal with it yourself and to be told this morning if I leave my belongings on sun bed they will be taken and but yet the Spanish sunbeds nothing there allowed to do all day. And we had no email saying entertainment had been canceled otherwise we wouldn't have come the British are here I would say 50per cent of us are British and we are the money spenders with drinks extras but we are not valued by the looks so in a nut shell I am so disappointed never again

Great location.and local transport.

Stayed there 22 to 29 July. Room not too bad. Food terrible. Don't make the mistake l did of paying for half board. Food was beyond bad. Only 2 or 3 choices. All unlabeled and bland not even a pinch of salf. No salt and pepper in dinning room too to help yourself. It was Refugee centre canteen Kind of standard. Not something you should pay for.
