Top accommodation with beautiful garden.
Incredibly beautiful location, with beautiful large garden.
Perfect for families with children.
2 bungalows share a very large garden with swimming pool.
Enough privacy and sunbeds and chairs.

Great place ..but
I have stayed at this place 4 times for over 5+ weeks at a time. It is a fantastic location with a larger than normal outside area. The space inside is also larger than most 2 bedroomed places in the area. Everything works so well with the services of Ramiro who will respond to any request within 1 hour, 7 days a week and that makes a huge difference for us given some of the issues with this place:
1) for a longer stay (past one week) there is no automatic cleaning or changing of bed linen service provided. On the last visit Ramiro compensated for this by arranging ad hoc cleaning services as a gesture to us. But this should be automatic every time and accepted by Cordial management as a standard automatic service .
2) The Sofa in Unit A needs replacing.
3) The outside BBQ is an old fashioned open Charcoal unit and I could not use it because the smoke affected the neighbours and us too much. This should be replaced with a Gas Unit.
4) The Pool water is so cold it is unusable by 99 of the guests, Its about time Cordial made an investment in Pool water heating.
As the costs each year steadily increase Cordial group should invest more in keeping this place attractive with better facilities.

Beds have extra mattress to make the beds really comfortable.
Two toilets with shower - the hot water lasts long.

10 day break
Having stayed at the first class Judoca Beach apartments, when Ramiro said he had a villa that he thought we should try I had no hesitation in booking our spring break there. In conjunction with good friends we booked for the end of April. We were not disappointed! In fact, it exceeded our expectations!
We were fortunate enough not to have any neighbours other than the first 2 nights (there are 2 identical villas, semi-detached) but even so the private, heated pool would cope comfortably. The bedrooms are bright and spacious as are each of the shower rooms (one for each bedroom) . The lounge/diner is large with TV and satellite. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook a meal for 4 comfortably. The laundry area is excellent also.
The garden grounds are so spacious you would never bump into neighbours if you wanted to have privacy. There is also a bbq area between the 2 villa's for Al fresco dining. And of course, the central location to all shops, bars and restaurants is second to none!
The villa would benefit from air conditioning in the bedrooms but beyond that we cannot fault it!

Ottima struttura nel centro di Maspalomas
Ottima esperienza una villetta con due abitazioni e piscina nel centro di Maspalomas.
La casa con cucina super attrezzata soggiorno 2 camere da letto 2 bagni una lavanderia e un giardino meraviglioso con piscina. Pulizia ottima e personale giornaliero per pulizia della piscina. Al nostro arrivo se pur anticipato il responsabile Ramiro si e fatto trovare presso la casa per il rituale check in. Il prezzo è ottimo per i servizi che ofre la struttura.
La casa con cucina super attrezzata soggiorno 2 camere da letto 2 bagni una lavanderia e un giardino meraviglioso con piscina. Pulizia ottima e personale giornaliero per pulizia della piscina.
