The Four Seasons Mallorca exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome.
The property is stunning, combining elegant design with breathtaking coastal views and beautifully maintained surroundings. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, offering the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication.
The dining options were exceptional, with outstanding food, fresh local ingredients, and impeccable presentation. Every meal felt like a highlight of the stay. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and private beach access, were equally impressive and made it easy to completely unwind.
Every detail has been carefully considered, creating a seamless and truly luxurious experience. If you’re looking for a world-class escape in Mallorca, the Four Seasons is simply outstanding and worth every one of its five stars.

A lovely stay marred by day-pass crowds
We had a lovely stay at Four Seasons Mallorca, though beach and pool service fell well short of what we'd expect at this price point ($1500+ a night).
The property has been recently renovated and the rooms are modern and comfortable, although they could be anywhere in the world. There was nothing distinctly Mallorcan about our room or the property overall.
The concierge team is excellent. We had great interactions with them for months leading up to our stay, and they were always prompt and helpful responding to emails and questions. Service was friendly and personalized at times (they recognized our wedding anniversary throughout the stay). Dinner at Shima and the other restaurants was very good.
The location on the turquoise, crystal clear beach is a major strength and was one of our primary reasons for staying here along with proximity to Cap de Formentor, where we experienced the most beautiful sunrise. Our main disappointment was the lack of beach and pool service. Four Seasons Mallorca sells day passes to non-guests, and when we arrived, the beach was full of day-pass visitors. We had to track someone down to find lounge chairs, and during four hours on the beach, no one came by with water or even a menu. To order anything, we had to get up and find a member of the FS staff. After that experience, we tried the pool, hoping for better service. Again, no one was there to seat us; a staff member who didn't work at the pool ended up helping us. There was no way to contact pool staff, no buzzer, no flag, nothing.
One of the reasons for our stay was access to the beach. Should we have paid $1500+ a night? Or just purchased a day-pass for $150 a day and had the same access?

Came for an amazing day
Came for a day and booked a Cabana at the family pool couple months prior via email. Even from the point of email I knew I was in good hands, couldn’t have been more helpful and personal. The minute we arrived I was blown away by the beauty of the place, the staff from doormen to pool guys and everyone in between could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The food was amazing! It was not served till 1pm which worked fine but as we got there at 10am I did wish we had breakfast, but that’s on us!
For such a luxury hotel you worry about having a toddler with you, however they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome our son was okay to play with the kids club toys, they had communal pool toys and the splash pool was enjoyable to be in as an adult unlike most kids pools!
A couple of nice touches I didn’t expect was the birthday card they wrote for my husband, I must have told them in my original email months ago but never mentioned it again so was a good surprise! And the way we were treated as we were hotel guests, our service and what we could do for the day was no different to a guest staying the night.
What an experience we had, our only negative was that we weren’t staying the night! Next year it’s a must. Thank you so much to the entire team !

Avoid This Hotel Beach Access Dispute
Very disappointing experience — would not recommend this hotel
We tried to sit near the hotel with an umbrella, away from the sunbeds, but were told by a member of staff that we could not stay there because hotel guests might complain. So we moved further away and settled in another area, well away from the hotel’s sunbeds.
We were then told we could not stay there either because we were supposedly in the way of the staff member passing, even though there was clearly another way around. We became frustrated and asked what he expected us to do — leave the country? He laughed, which I found extremely disrespectful. When I told him it wasn’t funny, he threatened to call security.
Even some of the hotel guests were complaining about the situation and pointing out that the hotel does not own the beach, so members of the public should be able to use the beach.
The whole experience was unnecessary, unpleasant and made us feel very unwelcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend attending this hotel.

wonderful anniversary
We had such a wonderful anniversary dinner at Four Seasons Restaurant Mel, and a huge part of what made the evening so memorable was Luca.
From the moment we arrived, Luca was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and took such great care of us throughout the entire evening. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel truly special without ever being intrusive.
The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but it was Luca’s thoughtful and personal service that really elevated the whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such genuine warmth and hospitality.
Thank you, Luca, for making our anniversary dinner one we’ll remember for a long time. We had an amazing evening and will absolutely be back!
