A good place

There are not enough words to thank you for the treatment we received during our stay. We arrived at this hotel due to a very complicated personal situation, far from home, and from the very first moment, they made us feel accompanied.
They provided us with all kinds of facilities and comforts, always with an empathy and humanity that are very difficult to find nowadays. The hotel has everything necessary to enjoy a good stay, but what truly makes it special are the people who work there. They do not limit themselves to doing their job or seeking economic benefit; they work thinking about people and helping when it is most needed.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, your understanding, and your human quality. I hope we can return someday, but under much happier circumstances. We will never forget how you made us feel during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.

The deal!!

We needed a night in Pontevedra and when we called this hotel, we were already clear on the phone.
The girl at the front desk the boy when he gave us the room and all the attentive staff, never a bad face or a bad answer and that we were 8 people 4 adults and 4 children and no problem everything. But for us to estimate that going with children is almost always a problem for people because here wonderful

An Ace, but it shines

I have stayed at this hotel for two days, and not for vacation. My wife was admitted to the hospital and I've been treated like I'm at home. The two people I have interacted with have been very kind, they have made it easier for me to stay in the situation I was in. The hotel, though one Ace, should have some more. The rooms are clean, the beds super-comfortable, the bathroom is in good condition and with certain details that in other hotels do not have. Parking is possible near the hotel at no extra cost. Just use the cafeteria breakfast, and comparing to others nearby, it is NOTABLE. I definitely recommend it, and do not look at the only Ace you have. Thanks to Jose and his partner.

Very bad experience in the cafeteria of this hotel

Very bad experience in the hotel cafeteria, there was a very poorly presentable woman and with very bad manners, please do not go to this place, I do not recommend it.
I tell you, we ordered some breakfasts and charged us a higher price than established and for the same breakfast other people who were next to us charged them differently. Very bad attitude on the part of the waitress... I will not set foot in this place again!!!

Beautiful Small City in Galicia

Pontevedra is a lovely place to visit. Gorgeous historic town, good restaurants, friendly people, and great shopping. On a sunny day I walked to Combarro which is very quaint and the monastery nearby is spectacular. Give yourself 2-3 days to do Pontevedra justice.
