The best hotel

It is a very good hotel located in the Sierra de Segura, breakfast is served at an open buffet between 8 and 10 in the morning (very good schedule), it has a very varied daily menu with 7 starters and 7 main courses and for a very good price. The pool is next to the hotel and is of a considerable size. You can also go very easily to other towns like La Puerta de Segura, Segura de la Sierra, among others. I recommend it 100% and I hope to return as soon as possible.

The worst dining experience of my life.

We went to eat with the family, with early booking from Villanueva del Arzobispo, on recommendation.
We were attended by a very friendly Moroccan girl, but the food forced us to eat menu, we were not allowed to eat à la carte, they did not take command and of seven starters that had a while came the waitress and tells us that from the beginning only salad remained, we decided to leave and the waitress tells us that since the drink was already on so that we had the second so that the restaurant did not lose the reservation since it was all booked, out of shame we accepted to take only the second and it was a mistake to stay, it is the most unpleasant meal I have eaten in my whole life, the entrecot was shoe sole, the passable but tasteless rail, the best inside the bad dessert, I felt sorry for the waitress because the poor woman did not know where to put, would never return.

Since arrival there is no reception, the waiter is the reception.
You order something at the bar and there's nothing unordered

Zero empathy and zero customer support.

We gave a coupon through a group to my parents. These have tried to call twice to make the reservation, at no time have they been collaborative trying to help or explain how it works, they just said, you have to do that on the web, not around here.
They have stuck the trip to cazorla with the respective costs that this entails in addition to a reservation already made, when they have arrived they have indicated that they cannot use the coupon since the reservation is made through their website.
First of all, customer service has been completely lost. What a minimum than helping a person who is asking for help, they are directly referred to the web.
Then if a person has been wrong and with a reservation in addition to a coupon already paid, it costs nothing to adjust to this change. Zero empathy and zero customer support.
