Top dollar for wonderful location and views
Simply furnished and well serviced oceanfront apartments with large west and southwest facing patios looking out across the beach and sea. You pay for the view and the location, both of which are amongst the very best in Town.

Best aspect in the resort
Playa Delphin apartments. In building of a nice design at the north end of Puerto Naos. Four floors with six apartments on each floor. Small lift. Most apartments face south west which means lovely sun on the balconies, also sheltered from cold northerly winds in the wintertime. Probably the best aspect in the resort. The building is well managed and apartments spacious albeit basic in contents. The larger rooms have one bedroom with twin beds and a double sofa bed. (Don’t know about the studios). Just two rings for cooking, no microwave and only enough kitchen equipment for 2/3/4 people depending on which size apartment you hire. Tea drinkers - pack your travel kettle, only filter coffee machines in the apartments. Efficient and friendly cleaners. TVs in the rooms but we couldn’t find any English programmes what so ever, not even BBC world. No washing facilities so the addition of laundry in the building would be an good addition. WiFi available but slow. Best speed on the wifi for the lower floors/low numbered apartments. Best views of Puerto Naos/the sea for the higher and middle apartments. Few English guests and most signs in the building in German, although the manager does speak good English. Would stay here again.

Amazing sea view.
Firstly, apartment was slightly dated.
Beds were very comfortable. Black out blind and curtains. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Bathroom was fine.
Kitchen area was small with two cooker rings. I managed to cook a breakfast but it wasn't easy.
Terrace was beautiful. We had room 305. Two sunbeds and a table and chairs.
We couldn't get English tv. The lady at reception was very helpful and swapped our tv with another rooms tv. I really can only praise how lovely she was.
Very clean, towels changed. Bin emptied. The lift and building smelt clean. Cleaning lady was nice.
The area is very small. Tiny beach. Few restaurants and bars. If you like to walk and keep busy stick to Tenerife. But if you want a relaxed trip it is ideal.

Needs some extra touches
The room was very clean and roomy. A lovely large balcony with a table chairs and one sun lounger. Considering there was two of us this was odd, I suppose had I bothered to ask another one would have been provided but I shouldn't have had to ask. A lovely. Location overlooking the beach and sea. A more prominent sign of the name of the apartments would have saved us 10 minutes of circulating around Puerto Naos. When we eventually found it the name was a small plaque in the inside wall as you went up the steps . Not much use there. All amenities in the room although a microwave and a kettle would have been usefulness. There was a coffee machine obviously catering for European guests. Walls very thin and some guests very noisy. I paid for wi fi which didn't work. I did get my money back without a problem. The bars on the front have free wi fi so wouldn't pay here for wi fi.

Good price - quality appartment on a marvellous location
This complex is new and has a nice architecture. It is located at the best location on the recently renovated boulevard of Puerto Naos as it gives a marvellous view on the beach and boulevard from the wide balcony each appartment has. And of course beach and boulevard are just an elevator away. The appartments are new, well equiped, decorated in a nice style, have two electric plates for (evential) cooking, a refrigirator, a small safe (understandably no dish washing machine) and a big bathroom (with always good warm water). The canals free of charge on the television are mainly in German or international. For Dutch people their is BVN. Other canals are pay canals. One can hire WIFI. The reception was during the low season I was in the appartment open on unregular times, but could always be reached by telephone. The personnel is hospitable and service oriented. Three times a week new towels and the like were given and the appartment was cleaned.
All appartments are on the boulevard side. Those on the ground floor are hired by travelorganizations, those on the higher floors can by hired directly through Playa Delphin.
Puerto Naos has the nicest and most modern beach on La Palma and has the most hours of sun. It is therefor a good location from which to make sightseeing/trips on the island and mountain walks. If one wishes so one can travel by bus and reach trough Los LLanos most destinations. Even in Puerto Naos - that had been developed as a beach resort - one is not only amoungst tourists - also many locals come to the beach adn boulevard.
