A Gem of a place
We stayed at this place for 3 weeks and found it to be most comfortable ,,, we arrived after hours and a key was left for us in a drop box the next morning we went to reception and was greeted by Rosa such a nice woman couldn't do enough for us and she sent Antonio the handyman to make sure we had all we needed he went and found us a smart tv so we could watch Netflix and prime if we wanted the room had 2 bedrooms kitchenette bathroom and balcony that looked out over the beach ,, the road had plenty of parking but was normally only available after 6 pm when people left the beach because it was free parking and locals know about it so the park there when they visit the beach , we bought some cheap recliner chairs for the balcony and when we were leaving Rosa said she will keep them for us incase we returned , the pool was heated and not used much ,, couldn't fault this place one bit we had a very good time there and we will return ,,, thank you Rosa and Antonio you and your whole staff were fantastic

Fabulous
Just returned from 2 weeks at Sirena Apartments. They are very well equipped and in a lovely location. We had a top floor apartment with great views over the beach. All staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. . Particular thanks to Antonio who arranged an ITB box which enabled us to have loads of British TV channels, although we only wanted the news, it would be ideal for keeping children amused. Wifi is free, as is the safe. Can’t wait to go back!

Great apartments in a fantastic location
We stayed in the Sirena 2nd week of October arriving late from a flight from Belfast. The pre arranged plans for the keys were perfect and hassle free. We had an apartment in the 2nd floor which gave a view of the harbour. Apartments are basic Spanish but are spotless with all the kitchen equipment you'll need, though we only had breakfast and the odd sandwich at lunch as we are out most times. Bathroom and shower are very good with lovely towels. The balcony awning is great for sheltering from the strong sun. My only gripe would be the mattresses, they could do with replacing and let the apartment down. No air con but large fan is supplied free of charge as is the room safe and wi-fi, a great saving as many places charge for these. Apartments bare very quiet, may be different in school holidays times but October lovely and peaceful.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, a credit to the complex. Pool is small but is heated, very unusual in the Canaries and a huge plus in the winter months. There are plenty of sunbeds but more umbrellas are needed.
Location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and harbour and really quiet. The main commercial centre is 10-15 stroll and just far enough away so you don't hear music in the small. There's a Hyperdino a minute away for all your essentials and a large Spar beside the beach.
We enjoyed our stay so much we're hoping to return next year, highly recommended.

Once again 5th visit and wonderful.
Even with the building work across the road it was just as good as ever. The staff all of them are amazing nothings to much trouble. Look forward to going again next summer we always have a garden apartment but if you want sea views the 2nd floor provides this

Nice stay but room for improvement
Positives - staff excellent ,great location 3 mins to the beach , pool very small but spotlessly clean , apartments clean, equipment for cooking excellent . View from balcony to beach fantastic.
Negatives - arrived late after midnight had difficulty finding room and the key for the door and lock poor condition tight and had to call Rosa in early hours / access gate key to upper floor did not fit at all - expected this to have been checked. Rooms dated 1980,s i would guess, 2 rings for cooking which were good but no microwave a huge minus as you cannot really cook for 3 without a microwave or oven which is pretty standard these days - get this sorted straight away - for me an easy fix and important ! , Apartments space very limited especially for 3 people. Beds poor quality but clean.
Still do not be put off some minor fixes would make a huge difference - overall good experience but really only suitable for 2 people even with an additional single room which we used mainly for luggage. Cannot rate more than 3* for these reasons but had a nice experience and would go back.
