Outdated hotel

If you want to take a trip back to the year 2000, this is your place. The hotel is extremely dated and it's crying for refurbishment. The doors and walls are thin and you can hear everything, including people on the corridor, doors opening and closing and even your neighbour sitting on the toilet. The glass bathroom door was incredibly squeeky on the runners, you could even hear when your neighbour was opening and closing them. The walls any paint in years, stained everywhere, damaged furniture, non existent air conditioning and as a bonus we got stuck in the lift. Foul smell coming from the bathroom. No plugs by the bed to charge your phone.

Reception staff was wonderful, very welcoming & helpful . It's next to a massive supermarket so shopping for groceries is easily done . Convenient, next to a bus stop that takes you straight to the airport .

NH Citutat de Reus: Reliable, comfortable and quiet.

Very good experience at the NH Ciutat de Reus. Comfortable hotel, well located and suitable for both professional and personal stays. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is calm.
I want to highlight especially Kevin's attention at reception, for his professionalism, kindness and willingness to help at all times. Excellent treatment that adds value to the stay.
Recommended hotel and a reliable option in Reus.
