Worst hotel in Roses

We had booked a night at hotel Ciutadella and a day before our trip to Roses we were forced to cancel it due to severe medical reason involving our 6 years old daughter. The online platform we booked our night with advised us to contact Hotel Ciutadella saying they would probably understand and cancel our night free of charge. Hotel Ciutadella showed NO EMPATHY, no refund and no cancelation possible, basically they're applying a policy like "we don't care about your medical reason, we will fully charge you if you don't show up". This hotel has NO EMPATHY, NO HEART, NO HUMANITY, NO COMPASSION.

A decent hotel, good value for money

The hotel is well located, with free parking available nearby. A warm welcome at the reception. The room is clean, and the bedding is appropriate.
The downside: the door of the room slams, and the soundproofing is poor.
The value for money is good.

Lovely breakfast- very accommodating staff. Some more varieties of fruit would be welcome. Overall very good !! Owners/ managers were lovely.
