Positives - Nice and clean, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff friendly. Breakfast nice and varied. Nice bar area and lounge area to relax before heading home with luggage storage and somewhere to have a shower. Get a sea view it’s worth it.
Negatives - air conditioning not sufficient and noisy. Safe lock broke so not used. Busy at breakfast and it was like a free for all. If you like sun round the pool all day long it’s not for you, only a hand full of beds get the sun from 1030 have to wait until around 1300 to 1330 for the other beds to get the sun due to height of building/position of the sun.

Regrettable professionals deceive tourists!
The bar staff! Unfortunately, they do not understand what service is and argue with a customer about whether a beer is cold or not! The glass is cold on the outside and not chilled on the inside! They maintained their opinion without verifying anything! SHAMEFUL PROFESSIONALS! There are four of us; we decided to go out for dinner and not consume anything else in this place of poor hospitality professionals! Of course, there are more hotels than this one! I already forgot your name! You pay, something is not right, and they treat you like this!

A lovely hotel, in a good location.
I was a female solo traveller for a week and enjoyed my stay here.
The hotel was very clean- both in my room and all public areas too. The housekeeping team do an excellent job, and are very smiley and friendly when you see them around, well done!
My room was pleasant up on the 6th floor with a sea view which was beautiful.
I was bed and breakfast. Breakfast was nice enough and served until 10:15am with a large choice of hot and cold items, and even though it was often busy, I always found my own place to sit.
Some days I sunbathed by the pool and other days by the beach. One good thing about this place was that because the sun doesn’t really hit the main pool area until late morning, there is no crazy sun bed wars at the crack of dawn.
I didn’t really sample the evening entertainment as I often went out, but I did use the bar for snacks and also had the occasional nice cocktail too which were nice.
Location wise, this hotel is based up on a hill, but this really shouldn’t be a problem unless you suffer from mobility issues.
The beaches, restaurants and local mini supermarkets are only a 5-10 minute walk away (some are on the same street further down from hotel) and so things are fairly quiet when it comes to late at night in general.
I felt quite safe being out until late, there was so many people around, I did not feel unsafe.
Only criticism would be that you have to pay extra on arrival to use your rooms safe and also it’s fridge (although they provide you with some bottles of water, pop and juices once you pay) but when your staying in a hot country, a fridge to store your essential drinking water really shouldn’t have to come at extra cost.
Would stay here again.

Perfect
Loving this hotel. We have a room on 5th floor with the most stunning view of the ocean to wake up every morning. Thank You to reservation and front desk staff. Spotless clean and room smells fresh and clean when we come back everyday from the beautiful beach across the road. Quiet and peaceful but right beside shops and restaurants. Perfect location. Staff are all wonderful. A special 'Thank You' to Ms. Leo in housekeeping. Very special lady checking everyone is ok, as she does her rounds making sure everywhere is tidy. I triped and hurt my knee and she took such good care of us. Bar staff are fun and professional, entertaining games and shows, Food is great. No complaints, great holiday. Thanks to all the staff

Excellent Hotel, But Check Your Bar Bills
Excellent hotel! We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the sea.
The only unpleasant experience was with the bartender, Jesus, who added extra charges for items that were not listed on the menu. The reception was informed about this issue, and an email was sent to the hotel management, but so far we have not received any response. Therefore, I would advise future guests to carefully check their bar bills before paying.
Apart from this incident, everything was excellent. The hotel itself is fantastic, and we would happily recommend it to others.
