A perfect week to relax and enjoy

We stayed here for one week in August and honestly had such an amazing time. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay from beginning to end, and we were actually a little sad to leave. I’ve stayed at quite a few all-inclusive hotels over the years, so I feel like I have a pretty good comparison, and this was definitely one of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve had. I would genuinely recommend this hotel!
The location is amazing. The sea is literally right next to the hotel, which we absolutely loved. There’s also a supermarket and a car rental place directly nearby, so everything you might need is basically right there.
We were also really impressed with the food. All-inclusive food can sometimes get a little repetitive after a few days, or look good but end up tasting quite bland. That really wasn’t the case here. The food actually had a lot of flavor, there were different options every day, and we always found something we genuinely enjoyed eating. For an all-inclusive hotel, the quality and variety of the food was definitely one of the things that stood out to us.
The drinks were another big positive surprise. At a lot of all-inclusive hotels, alcoholic drinks can taste extremely watered down, but here they were actually really good! It’s a small thing, but together with the quality of the food it made the all-inclusive experience so much better.
Our room was very nice and comfortable, and what we especially loved was the atmosphere of the hotel in general. It was really calm and relaxing, which was exactly what we wanted from our holiday. At the same time, there was still plenty going on if you wanted to join in, with things like aqua gym during the day and cool music in the evenings. It was a really nice balance – you could have some fun, but you could also just switch off and relax.
One of the things we’ll remember most is definitely the staff. Everyone was so friendly and you could really tell that they cared about the guests and were making an effort. My girlfriend had her birthday during our stay, so I went to reception and asked if there was any way they could help me surprise her. They helped arrange for our room to be decorated while we were away, and seeing her reaction when we came back was honestly one of my favorite moments of the holiday. I really appreciated them helping me make her birthday a little more special.
If I really had to find something to criticize, I’d honestly have to be very picky. The water stopped working twice during the entire week, but both times it was resolved pretty quickly. There seemed to be some maintenance or construction work going on at the time, so I assume it may have had something to do with that. It really didn’t bother us or affect our holiday. The only other tiny thing is that I personally would have liked the air conditioning to get a little colder, but again, that’s really just nitpicking. It worked absolutely fine and we slept comfortably every night.
Overall, we just had a really, really good week here. Great food that actually tasted good, great drinks, a beautiful location, nice rooms, amazing staff and, most importantly for us, such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
We made some really nice memories here and would absolutely come back. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive hotel in Gran Canaria, I can genuinely recommend this place. We loved our stay and would choose it again without hesitation!

Nice hotel and friendly staff, but disappointing value for money

We stayed for one week on a half-board basis. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with a fantastic location, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food, particularly dinner. Breakfast was generally good, although during busy periods some basic items were slow to be replenished. Dinner lacked variety and the quality was inconsistent (eg. Undercooked potatoes or gulash).
The room itself was spacious enough and was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. However, we did notice some maintenance issues, including what appeared to be mildew around the ceiling ventilation of the shower and a mark on the toilet seat that could not be removed through normal cleaning.
Overall, we found the experience disappointing in terms of value for money, as we expected a higher standard given the price of the stay.
That said, the staff were genuinely lovely, and we appreciated their friendliness throughout our stay.
One practical point for guests having a rental car: if you don’t use the hotel’s parking, finding a space in the nearby public parking areas can sometimes take around 15 minutes.

very good

I love the hotel's location and the infinity pool. Its location allows you to walk along the entire coast from San Agustín to Playa del Inglés. It is almost on the beach and you can see and hear the sea all the time. It is a place that I like a lot. The staff's treatment is excellent and I acknowledge that the food, which was their weakest point for me, has improved a lot.

First rate experience

Wonderful experience in every way. Rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Common areas were also well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The transfer time from the was only about 25 minutes, so not too bad.
It's not the cheapest hotel in the area but is well worth the little extra you might pay. All rooms are sea view, the food is of a good standard and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
