Wonderful weekend
I stayed with my partner and my dog one weekend and it has been a good experience.we were assigned a room with jaccusi and spectacular views.good breakfast .good facilities,swimming pool,garden,loungers,trampoline etc.we enjoyed a lot.a great environment if you want to enjoy with your pet.
Very attentive and friendly staff.
Josu the host advised us very well about places to visit. a wonderful person.
I will return without hesitation.

Nightmare in the kitchen. Jesus Mary (the owner) an unpresentable
What was going to be a quiet and disconnected weekend with friends could not be thanks to the owner. An unpresentable with all the letters.
We started badly when Pamela (the person responsible for the accommodation) tells us that in order to use the kitchen we had to pay 10 € per room and when I was talking to the owner and at no time let me know.
We paid her the twenty euros, we started eating and at about six-thirty in the afternoon Pamela comes to tell us to see if we could keep our voice down. We were the seven friends alone on the porch talking and with the music. There was only one couple in the room, the rest of the house empty. The moment he came to our attention we took the music down and lowered our voice. The owner then called and that's when the trouble started. He's an unpresentable, rude guy. He started talking to us on the phone in really bad ways, calling us disrespectful and disrespectful. Turning up the conversation and losing the papers. He hung up on us.
It was 6:30 p.m. and we weren't riding so much fuss that it would get like that, I could have said it in good ways.
We told him to give us the money back and we were leaving and he said he was only giving us back one night and to find our own life for the next day.
We had to call the Ertzaintza and they told us that they were not obliged to return the money but made it clear that we were not doing anything out of the ordinary and that we could be in the common area until 12 at night.
So in the end we decided to stay after having the bad drink.
Pamela very attentive and very helpful.
The house is beautiful and the scenery wonderful. The rooms were very nice, although the extra beds were very small. So far all good
Not at all is a house for shared use of so many rooms. It fits more than 30 people and common area there is only a kitchen that smelled of closed and old utensils, with scuffle. There were only 2 tables on the porch with 13 chairs, two of them
Broken.
The pool much smaller than what is shown in the photos.
We won't repeat.

DON'T GO. They tricked us, changed our room and took us for fools
I give 1 star because I can't give less.
We were there from August 9 to 12. They changed our room from one with two large beds to one with a large bed and an extra bed.
We notified the owner through the Booking chat and he told us that he had changed us to a better one, which is a lie, because we saw the one we had reserved and it was a lie that the change was for the better.
The day we left the room we saw 4 people leaving what must have been our room; There are 3 of us, and there we understood everything: they lied to us to change the room to fit 4 in our space for 3.
An incredible tough face.
Furthermore, they did not make our room the first night, we asked the reason and they told us that they do not make the rooms, when it is not specified anywhere. How we complained, suddenly the next day the room was made up. Incredible that you have to complain for this, which is the least expected in a hotel.
The room was also painfully ugly, with nails on the walls, without any type of furniture, the beds, the little tables and that's it. Dirty walls from killing mosquitoes, without mosquito nets and with mosquitoes to give and give and on top of that an impressive heat in the room.
I attach photos of the room they gave us, and the deluxe room with 2 large beds that we booked, and let each one judge whether they gave us a better room or not, don't think that this is a tantrum, see it with your own eyes.

The location of the Caserío is excellent, a natural, quiet environment from where you can easily reach Bilbao, the Biscayan coast and San Sebastián.
The treatment of the staff was excellent, both the waitresses and the owner, Josu, who was always willing to advise us in planning our visits.
The price is better direct than on booking platforms, and when traveling with children it excluded them from paying for breakfast during the stay. The breakfasts are certainly very complete. They have a txoco where you can cook if you wish for a very reasonable price.
Correct facilities, renovated rooms, with new and very comfortable mattresses.

AMAAAZING
Absolutely beautiful place, far enough away to feel quaint but close enough to local restaurants. Lovely and friendly welcome, good value for money, lovely homely feel. Lovely rooms. Photos do not do justice. We travel from England to Portugal and stop off, will be returning next year when we go to Portugal again. Love it. Dogs came and met us too, very very friendly!!!
