Comfortable triple (king plus twin) with good shower. Loved location. Did online checkin and never interacted with staff in person though they did call me to check on my arrival time and be sure I understood how to get in. Code provided access to building and room.

This hotel is not the luxuary it claims to be. The rooms are basic and dont offer the luxuray you would expect at the high end cost they charge for the stay.

Great location

Good hotel in a really great location for the old town. We had a triple room and it was a great size for our family of 3. Staff welcome was great we had everything we needed.

Lovely little hotel. The door is difficult to find, it’s next to the supermarket entrance. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room, although compact, had everything you would require for a San Sebastián stay. The location was brilliant!
The free coffee machine in the foyer was an added bonus and the non alcoholic beverages in the mini bar too. Highly recommend.
