Nice hotel, very quiet

Nice room, good towels and storage space and a kettle!About a 10 minute walk from the bus station.
Excellent breakfast with very good coffee . Downstairs lounge area with free hot drinks but I didn’t know it existed.Storage lockers for cases - although only 4 I could see.
Not so good was odd noise every now and then in room might have been to do with the aircon.
It is quite far away from the centre - around 30 minutes walk to the best pintxos bars.
There might have been an airport bus stop nearby but it was hard to tell so I walked to the station instead and took the E30.
Worth noting hotel is not manned overnight. Not an issue because of the online door system, but I had booked a hotel as travelling on my own and wanted the extra safety.

Room is clean, small but adequate, with kettle and fridge. There's a glass bottle of water which I believe is a refill from the tap.
Clothes hangers are made of paper, most are broken and unusable.
I asked for a quiet room but they gave me a room facing the main road which is noisy during day time and early morning.
The hotel is 12 mins walk from the bus terminus and 25 mins walk from the old town so if you're not good at walking a long way back and forth better choose another hotels closer to the old town coz there is not much to see around the hotel and not much options for food.
Hotel is manned until 5pm only if you check in late better familiarize yourself on how to check in using the hotel's self check in guide before you come or you have no way to get into your room.

It's a great hotel, with a really nice breakfast. It's pretty close to the city center but you will probably need to take a bus or taxi. The "issue" is that you always need to walk a bit to get the bus as the bus stop to city center is at the other side of the river.
Staff was always helpful and nice, ordering taxi and helping with things to do.
Pretty good options at the breakfast, with fresh food being replaced all the time.
The room was pretty comfortable and the bathroom sparkling clean.

easy check in despite no reception at point of arrival, good room, only snag was not enough plugs: one euro & one American plug by the bed not helpful for euro travellers as do not carry a US plug so charging awkward. otherwise perfect stay

Great room for the little money spent! Everything was easy with the digital check in and garage.
