First experience in San Sebastian

Very welcoming staff, speaks French. Spacious and clean rooms. Good location outside town, bus right next to the hotel, very convenient to go into town.

Run away!!! Truly a disaster.

The hotel doesn't look bad from the outside.
Even the room seemed okay at first glance.
Only at first glance... dirty floor and air conditioning not working (check-in August 15th and I won't add anything else).
But we hadn't been to the bathroom yet.
No drains working, shower and sink clogged, dirt in the bidet and in the sink (see attached photos), absence of soap and lack of bath towels, shower I think never cleaned by the...

The icing on the cake … I call support saying that I do not want to stay here … they offer me a 15% refund… support totally inefficient as they are unable to solve any problem, saying that cleaning staff and the manager were not present at the hotel at 4:00 PM. Run away
I understand that it is not a 5-star hotel, but at least
Cleanliness and air conditioning should be guaranteed

Don’t book here

Currently staying here. Asked for an accessibly room, has a bathroom mirror way taller than me for the likes of shaving etc. Worst of all, the pillows are dreadful, like a couple of sheets of paper. Started off with 2, asked for another 3, got one. Still dreadful. Add to the mix, an uncomfortable mattress and aircon that is pointless, resulting in warm sleeping conditions.

Breakfast to improve

The hotel is great, I only value to suggest improving the quality of breakfast: the great breads, including wholemeal, that are made in San Sebastian were absent, the juice very much improved, some variety of cheese cut to complement the sausages ....
